بوعقبة يحبط محاولة رشوة قطرية
فجر الكاتب الصحفي سعد بوعقبة أمس قنبلة من العيار الثقيل عندما كتب في عموده اليومي ''نقطة نظام'' في الزميلة ''الفجر''، أن مسؤولا بشركة قطرية عاملة في السوق الجزائرية حاول إرشاءه. وأوضح بوعقبة المعروف بجرأته ''اتصل بي مدير الإعلام في شركة قطرية عاملة في الجزائر واقترح علي لقاء مع مدير الشركة، وقال لي إن ما تكتبه مقلق للقطريين ويريدون الاتصال بك عن طريق هذا المدير، وطلب مني أن لا أخبر مديرة الجريدة التي أعمل فيها بهذا الأمر''. وأضاف بوعقبة أنه يكره القطريين ''عندما حاولوا إسكاتي عن طريق استعمال السلطة في الجزائر ه... وعندما لم يوفقوا عمدوا إلى محاولة رشوتي وإسكاتي بالرشوة''.

بعض القراء قالوا لي بأنني أكتب عن قطر كما لو كانت لي معها حسابات خاصة! وأكتب عن عالم "علماء المسلمين" القرضاوي كما لو كانت لي معه قضية خاصة! ولكي أريح بعض القراء أقول لهم نعم لي قضية خاصة مع حكام قطر ومع القرضاوي أيضا!
أما قضيتي مع القرضاوي فلأنه أصدر فتوى تجيز للناتو ضرب الليبيين في طرابلس بالقنابل ومن بينهم جزائريون مقيمون في ليبيا وتخيلت أن هذا الشيخ يفعل بفتواه الناتوية بأطفال الجزائريين المقيمين في ليبيا ما فعله الناتو في الخمسينيات بأطفال الجزائر ومنهم شخصي الضعيف حيث لا تزال آثار قنابل "B26" التي ساهم بها الناتو في حرب الجزائر إلى جانب فرنسا.. لا تزال آثارها في جسمي إلى اليوم! ولذلك عندما قرأت موقف هذا الشيخ إلى جانب الناتو في ليبيا أحسست بأنه لا يختلف عن الحركى الجزائريين الذين وقفوا إلى جانب الناتو وفرنسا.. بل هو أسوأ منهم لأن الحركى الجزائريين لهم مصلحة في الجزائر أما هو فليس له مصلحة في ليبيا شرعية وغير شرعية..! ولهذا كرهته وكرهت من خلاله القطريين الذين أفتى لهم! ولهذا كتبت ضدهم ما كتبت! وازداد كرهي لهم عندما حاولوا إسكاتي عن طريق استعمال السلطة في الجزائر على أعلى مستوى وعندما لم يوفقوا في ذلك عمدوا إلى محاولة رشوتي وإسكاتي بالرشوة.. فقد اتصل بي مدير الإعلام في شركة قطرية عاملة في الجزائر.. واقترح علي لقاء مع مدير الشركة.. وقال لي: إن ما تكتبه مقلق للقطريين ويريدون الاتصال بك عن طريق هذا المدير! وطلب مني أن لا أخبر مديرة الجريدة التي أعمل بها بهذا الأمر! ويظهر أن مثل هذه الممارسات تقوم بها عدة شركات أجنبية عاملة في الجزائر.. والمصالح لا تدري!

في البداية أحسست بإهانة بالغة! إذ كيف يتصور هؤلاء أن كل شيء في الجزائر أصبح يباع؟! وبإمكان قطر أن تشتريه؟! كما اشترت نبيل العربي ووزراء خارجية بعض العرب واشترت الصحافيين في الجزائر وغير الجزائر؟! وبعد أن أفقت من الصدمة قلت في نفسي لماذا لا أرخي لهم الحبل وأرى إلى أين سيصلون.. وقلت حتى لو قدموا لي رشوة سأتبرع بها ليتامى العدوان القطري الناتوي من الجزائريين الذين ماتوا تحت القصف في ليبيا! وأسجل لهم فضيحة إعلامية تليق بمستواهم.. ولكن المعني بالأمر طلب مني ليس الكف عن نقد تصرفات قطر فقط.. بل لابد من كتابة أشياء تمدحهم! هكذا واللّه! هكذا هم دعاة نشر الحرية في الوطن العربي من الدوحة؟!

المصيبة أن مصالح الدولة في الجزائر لا تهمها مثل هذه المسائل وما تزال فقط تهتم بما يكتبه هذا الصحفي أو ذاك في نقد تصرفات السلطة.. أما مسائل الأمن الإعلامي والسياسي للبلاد فلا حديث عنها!

هل فهمتم الآن لماذا أكره حكام قطر والقرضاوي وأكره معهم حكام الجزائر الذين يسكتون عن مثل هذه الممارسات الإعلامية والسياسية وعن الاختراقات الأجنبية للأمن المعنوي للشعب!
