صفار البيض ني غير ناضج يا اخت لينا اضافة الى ان شكله سيىء جدا عند تقطيعه

شكرا لك أختي لينا غلى الطبق .. بعد اذنك قمت بتعديل حجم الصورة لتظهر أفضل.
فيما يخصّ لوحة المفاتيح .. أختك استعملت تلك اللوحة أونلاين لمدة أربع سنوات .. و مؤخرا فقط جاءتني فكرة قصّ لاصقات .. لصقتها على المفاتيح :8:


الطبق جميل .. لكن يبدوا أنه يختلف عن طبقنا .. يبدوا أنك حمّرتي الدجاج وحدو و لم تصنعي مرق ؟

لم افهم معنى التليتلي هل هو الارز!!!!!!!!

على العموم الطبق يضهر لذيذ

لا يا أم هديل .. التليتلي طبق تستعمل فيه عجائن على ما أظن اسمها .. لسان الطير
نفس العجائن التي قد تستعمل في الشربة..
الطريقة كنت قد وضعتها من قبل .. الا أنها تختلف عن الأصلية حيث أنني غليت العجائن بدل تفويرها.
نقوم بتحميص العجائن ثم تفوّر و بعدها يضاف اليها المرق ...
في البيت نصنع المرق أبيض عادي .. دجاج و لحم مفروم و حمّص.

ليس الارز يا اخت دائمة الذكر
في المشرق يسمى لسان العصفور وهو نوع من انواع الباستا او المكرونة وهو شبيه في الشكل بالارز
ودققي النظر الاخت على ما يبدو استعجلت في طهي البيض على العموم الوقت الكافي والمناسب لطهي البيضة 8 دقائق تقريبا حتى تنضج بشكل رائع يعني طبخها اقل من هذه المدة تكون النتيجة كما هو ظاهر في الصورة وطبخها اكثر ايضا ينشف الصفار او مح البيضة ويصبح باهت اللون

أسفة ان كنت أحرجتك يا لينا أنا لم أقصد ذالك مطلقا انتقادي للطبق لا يعني أنني أسيء اليك
ياحبيبتي بامكاني القول لك أنه رائع و جيد ويستحق العلامة الكاملة والحقيقة في الصورة غير ذالك تماما
أخت لينا أنا نبهتك لخطاء ليس الا والمطبخ عالم واسع من الابتكارات والتجارب والاستفادة من بعضنا بعض واجب حتى نطور أنفسنا في الطبخ أو في أي مجال اخر
يا عزيزي أنا مثلا قبل 3 سنوات كنت أجهل الطبخ كليا لا أعرف شيئا عن التوابل ولا حتى طرق اعداد الطعام وتقديمه ولكن مؤخرا استعنت ببعض الكتب وبخبرة والدتي أيضا وحتى ببرامج الطبخ المختلفة واستفدت من الأخوات في المنتدى أيضا

لا شيء يثبت ان الصفار غير الناضج يسبب مرضا ما الا اذا كان انتاجه قديم و لم يحفظ في الثلاجة..و اعتقد انه يكون مضر عندما يكون الشخص يعاني من حساسية اتجاهه و للرضع لان مناعتهم لا تزوال ضعيفة...
في المجتمعات الغربية المتقدمة هم اكثر حرصا منا على سلامتهم الصحية
خاصة فيما يتعلق بالغذاء
لذلك يحرصون على كتابة تاريخ الانتاج على البيضة او العلبة...
كما ان البيض يدخل في كيفيات كثيرة لا يتم فيها طهوه كالمايونيز مثلا او طلية الحلويات ...
