رائعةجداااااااااااااااااااااااا اختي الكريمة اوافق رحيل ضعي الوصفة رجاءا فيما يخصني اطلعت عليها من خلال الكتب وجربتها عديد المرات وهي رائعة جدااااااااااااااااااااااااااااا على العموم يمكن تجميلها بالشوكولا الاسود والابيض وحتى بفرميسال الشوكولا والملون والنواد كوكو والمكسرات ايضا وحتى بالفوندو المذاب الذي يمكن تلوينه بالوان الطعام كما يمكن حشوها بالكريم باتسيير ايضا

bismi allah
60g de beurre
60g de sucre
250ml de lait
2 oeufs
de la levure de boulanger
un peut de sel
de la vanille et la farine
au début faire fondre le beurre dans le lait et laisse le mélange se bien refroidir je dis refroidir après on ajoute de la vanille du sucre , les œufs et la levure on mélange bien et on rajoute la farine petite a petite jusqu’à l’obtention d’une pâte non collante
après on laisse la pâte se reposée pendant 2 heure après les 2 heures on la étale sur un plan du travail avec un peut de la farine on coupe avec un emport_pièce et on laisse reposer 30 minutes a la fin on les faire cuire dans l'huile chaude après on les décore comme on veut avec du chocolat fondu ou glaçage mais avec tout ça je pense qu’elles sont trop riche pour moi avec un peut de sucre c'est bon et jtjr avec le proverbe " kol wach ya3ajbek w
