الحكم على زوجة المدير السابق لمكتب القذافي بتهمة "استعباد" أربعة تانزانيين

حكم على زوجة بشير صالح بشير المدير السابق لمكتب الزعيم الليبي الراحل معمر القذافي اليوم الاربعاء في فرنسا بالسجن سنتين مع وقف التنفيذ، بتهمة استخدام اربعة تنزانيين "في ظروف عمل وحياة غير لائقة" في منزلها بفرنسا.
قال مهدي بن بوزيد محامي التنزانيين الاربعة، ان على كفا كاشور بشير، الفرنسية-اللبنانية (56 عاما) التي كانت تعيش بضعة اشهر في فرنسا كل سنة، دفع غرامة تبلغ 70 الف يورو ايضا.
وتوجه الى كفا كاشور بشير ايضا تهمة "اذلال اشخاص في ظروف عمل واقامة لا تتفق مع الكرامة الانسانية" و"العمل في الخفاء" و"المساعدة على الاقامة غير القانونية وتشغيل اجانب غير مزودين بتراخيص عمل"، لان التنزانيين الاربعة كانوا يعملون من دون عقود عمل.
وخلال الجلسة امام محكمة الجنح في بور اون برس (شرق) في منتصف مارس، طلب مدعي الجمهورية فرض عقوبة السجن سنتين مع وقف التنفيذ ودفع غرامة 50 الف يورو.
وكشف التنزانيون الاربعة وهم شقيقتان في الاربعين من العمر وزوجان في الثلاثين من العمر، عن ظروفهم الحياتية وظروف عملهم في فيلا السيدة بشير الفاخرة في بريفيسان-موانس. وقد تم استخدامهم في ليبيا وحرموا معظم الوقت من جوازات سفرهم.
وتحدثوا خصوصا عن وجباتهم المؤلفة من بقايا الطعام، ودوام العمل الطويل وحرمانهم من الاجازات في مقابل اجور زهيدة.
واحتجت السيدة بشير التي لم تحضر المحاكمة على هذه الوقائع. وكان محاميها مارسل سيسالدي دعا الى "التروي" و"الشك" في هذه القضية متسائلا ما اذا كان التنزانيون الاربعة قد تجنوا على السيدة بشير ليبقوا في فرنسا ويستفيدوا من التقدمات الاجتماعية.
