دجاج بالطماطم والعسل

اردت ان اعطيكم وصفة خفيفة تطبخ بسرعة ولا تحتاج الى مواد كثيرة بل فقط مواد بسيطة تطبخين بها طبخة لن تستطيع ان تقاوميها من لذتها انا اعرف انى شوقتكم كثيرا لذا اليكم المقادير ^ .1-3فخد دجاج 2-طماطم 3-بصل وثوم 4-توابل وقرفة 1ملعقة صغيرة .5-ملعقة كبيرة عسل 6-ملعقة جلجلان محمص 7-3ملاعق كبيرة زيت زيتون. .. .8- ملح وماء . .نبدا في التحضير نقطع الطماطم الى قطع صغيرة والبصل الى شرائح والثوم نفرم . .*في طنجرة سخني الزيت وضعي الدجاج حتى يتحمر من الجهتينمدة 5دقائق ونحتفظ به على جنب . .*في نفس الطنجرة نحمس البصل والثوم تم نضيف التوابل واكييييد القرفة ثم نضييييف قطع الطماطم ونخلط الكل ونتركه يطبخ لمدة 10دقائق ثم نضيف الدجاج والملح .*نضيف الماء ونغطي الطنجرة ونتركها تطهى لمدة ساااااااااعة .*بعد الطهى انزعي الدجاج واضيفي العسل الى الصلصة اخلطيه واركيه على النار لمدة 1دقيقة .*عند التقديم ضعي الصلصةوضعي فوقها الدجاج ثم دردي الجلجلان المحمص . *****وشهية طيبة للجمييييع ******* .اتمنى ان تكون الطبخة اعجبتكم وان تجربووها فهي قمة في اللدة .... .اتمني ان تقولو لىي ارائكم فانافي الانتظار .بالمناسبة هذه اول مشاركة لي في المنتدى لا تنسونى منتظرة ارائكم مع اطيب الاوقات لكم **************************************:16::20::
