وصفة رائعة بالدجاج محشي لذيذذذذذذ

اخواتي العزيزات

أحضرت لكنّ اليو وصفة لذيذة و سهلة


يمكن ان نسعد بها عائلتنا



لا اطيل عليكن ادخل في المفيد


اولانحضر دجاجة متوسطة الحجم 2 كلغ



ننظفها و نفتحها من جهة الصدر

نصنع عقدة او صوص او ما يسمى بالماريناد

عبارة عن نصف رأس ثوم +ملعقة كبيرة زبدة + 5 ملاعق كبيرة زيت +ملح +فلفل اسود+ورقتين رن نخلط جيدا و نتحصل على هذا الخليط

ندهن به الدجاجة من الداخل و من الخارج

منجهة اخرى نكون قد غلينا ملعقتين من الارز نخلطهما مع كمية صغيرة من اللحم المرحي

و ملعقتين من الماريناد التي دهنا بها الدجاجة


و نحشي دجاجتنا

و نربطها حتى لا تهرب ......عفوا حتى لا تخرج العقدة

و نضعها في صنية زجاجية و نغلق عليها بالغطاء الزجاجي

ملاحظة لا نضيف الماء اذا استعملنا مثل هذه الصنية بالمغلاق







و ندخلها الفرن على درجة حرارة 220 ستلاحظين ان الدجاجة ستطلق الماء مع اننا لم نضيف الماء

اتركيها حتى تلاحظي انها تحمرت


نجهز كمية من البطاطا المقلية


ننزع دجاجتنا المحمرة من الفرن


و نضعها في صنية

نغطيها بالبطاطا المقلية

و نضيف كمية من الذرى



و كمشة من الزيتون الاخضر المقطع الى دوائر


و كمية من الفطر المقلي في الزبدة



و كمية من الجبن المبشور

نضع على الجوانب كمية من السلطة الخضراء و الطماطم




و نضيف المايونيز من فوق

و نقدمها
