أولا تديري لعجين للبتزا لي كامل تعرفوه(لي ماتعرفش تقولي) كوريهم كرايات صغار وأتركيهم يخمرو
ثانيا توجدي لاصوص حبة بصلة مفرومة تقلّيها على نار هااادئة من جهة جيبي 4أو5 حبات طماطم تنحيلهم القشور والبذور و ترحيهم بالمكسور ....كي يتقلى لبصل ضيفيهم مع الملح وفلفل أحمر وفلفل أسود وزعيترة إن توفرت... خليهم يطيبو فالأخيركي توجد برديها وعاودي رحيها بالميكسور أحسن
ثالثا وجدي وش عندك( لحم مفروم أو دجاج مفروم قلّيه في شوية زيت وملح وفلفل أسود) أوحتى طون ممكن ،معدنوس مفروم،الفطريات معلبة حمسيهم فالمقله مع شوية زبدة نارقاويه، زيتون أسود أو أخضر أوكليهما (الأخضر غليه نحيلو الملح)،بيض مغلي سكرفجيه ،قطعي الجبن قطع صغيرة والجبن المبشور
