اليوم جبتلكم طريقة لعمل البذنجان سهلة وبنينة
المقادير:
3حبات بصل
2حبات طماطم
3حبات كبار بذنجان
لحم مفروم ،فلفل أسود ،ملح
3حبات بيض
جبن مبشور
الطريقة:قطعي البذنجان بعدما تقشريه إلى شرائح عريضة شوية وقليهم وقطريهم بمناديل المطبخ الورقية ملييييييييح
من جهة ديري شكشوكة بصل وطوماطيش(ذبلي لبصل المقطع طوليا مليح ممبعد ديريلها الطماطم مقشرة ومرحيه بالمكسور،ملح ،فلفل أسود،فلفل أحمر
من جهة أخرى قلي الفيونداشي بشوية زيت وملح وفلفل أسود
