اعشاش البطاطا محشوة بالمرقاز و لاصوص من مطبخي

السلام عليكم ورحمة الله تعالى وبركاته

صح رمضانكم ورب يتقبل منا ومنكم صالح الاعمال

اليوم جبت لكم اعشاش البطاطا محشوة بالمرقاز و لاصوص

طريقة التحضير..
نغلي البطاطا مع الملح في الماء ثم نصفيها ونرحيها بالشوكة فقط مع قليل من الزبدة و الحليب و المعدنوس والثوم
وقطع من الجبن و الفلفل الاسود
احرصي ان لا تكون سائلة لتسهل عملية التشكيل ..

ثم بواسطة جيب الحلواني نشكل الاعشاش نضعها في صينية مدهونة بالزبدة في الفرن لمدة بسيطة...
انا لم ادخلها الى الفرن لان الوقت داهمني مع الاسف
كل وقتي في التصويرهههههههههههههههههههههه

في هده الاثناء نحضر المرقاز :
في مقلاة نضع حوالي ملعقتين زيت تتقلي وبعدما تنضج ..نضعها في صحن اخر ..
ثم نأخذ فصوص ثوم ونقطعهم ونرميهم في زيت المارقاز ..
لما تطلق الثوم ريحتها اضيفي الطماطم المرحية ..
مع اضافة الملح وفلفل اسود والكمون
وفلفل الحار للبنة ..

.في صحن التقديم ضعي الاعشاش على حسب افراد العائلة
ثم افرغي قليل من الصوص ثم المرقاز الي رحيتيه
هاهي النتيجة صدقوني رائعة ولا تنسوني بخالص دعوااااتكم في هذه الليالي المباركة

حنا عندنا طريقة أخرى
وهي استعمال "الروبو" :8: لجعل البطاطا بعد تنظيفها من قشرتها على شكل شوربة ثم إضافة التوابل اللازمة ثم تشكيلها على شكل كرات ثم قليها في الزيت ثم تفرغ عليها مرقة بالحمص والجلبان أحيانا
هذا الطبق دوموندي بزاف لدى أفراد العائلة
