مربعات حلوة الترك قاطو للعيد بالصور من مطبخي

اختي سلمى لك ماطلبتي
مقادير العجينة:
250غ مرقرين،5ملاعق كبار عسل،5ملاعق كبار حلوة الترك،5ملاعق كبار كاوكاو مقلي او لوز ومرحي غبرة،مغرف صغيرة خميرة الحلوى ،فرينة.
للتزيين:
معجون+ حلوة الترك+ الكوكاو المرحي او لوز +ملعقة عسل
شكولة.
الطريقة:
نمزج المرقرين مع العسل جيدا ثم نضيف حلوة الترك ونحرك ثم الكوكاو والخميرة ونضيف الفرينة حتى نتحصل على عجينة متماسكة.
نبسطها بالرولو على شكارة باش نحافظو على شكل ديالها وبواسطة طابع مربع نشكل مربعات ونحطها تطيب (ممكن تديري شكل قلب ممكن دائرة الشكل اختياري ) على 180° راقبيها مليح باش ماتتحرقش.

بالنسبة للحشو :
نخلط المعجون مع القليل من حلوة الترك والكوكاو المرحي وملعقة عسل ونحرك جيدا ونلصق كل زوج حبات من الحلوى بالخليط.
نذوب الشكولة على حمام مائي مع القليل من الحليب والزبدة ونغطس الحلوى من فوق فيها ونحطها على مشبك ونحط فوقها حبة لوز
وندير شكولا في ابرة وندير زيقزاق ونخليها تنشف
الان نجوزو للتصاور لسهولة الفهم
