السلام عليكم ورحمةالله تعالى وبركاته



اليوم راح اقدم لكم قاتو القطيفة بنين بزاف :16::16::16::16:

هذا نوع من انواع لي قدمتها يوم أمس بمناسبة عقيقة ابن اخي علي
والله الكل سالني عنه

ارجو ان تجربوه بالفعل :11::11:

هذه الوصفة طرحتها اختي الغالية ليلوش ولكن اكتفت بالصورة فقط
و استعنت بطريقة تحضير اخت اخي فبارك الله فيهن

الا انني عملت بعض التغيرات الطفيفة اكتفيت بعجينة الصابلي المعتمدة عليها في معظم حلوياتي
المقادير :
-2صفار بيض
-500غ زبدةطرية
-1 كاس سكر ناعم
-½ كاس مايزينة
-1 كيس خميرة كيميائية
-1 ملعقة صغيرة فانيليا
فرينة على حسب جمع العجينة

مقادير الحشوة
حلوةالترك +عسل

التزيين
1كيلة جوز الهند المحمص في المقلاة
2 ملاعق كبيرة كاكاو مغربل
½ كيلة سكر مسحوق
1 علبة مربي

طريقة التحضير
في وعاء اخاطي الزبدة و السكر.اضيفي الفانيليا مع مواصلة الخلط.
زيدي المايزينة و الخميرة .
ثم اضيفي الفرينة تدريجيا حتى الحصول على عجينة ملساء غطيهاواتركيها ترتاح مدة 15 دقيقة.
بواسطة الحلال.ابسطي العجينة بسمك 5ملم قطعي الدوائر بواسطة مول
ضعيها في صينية ثم اطهيها حتى تصبح الحلوى ذهبية اللون
بعد الطهي.
الصقي الحلوى واحدة بالاخرى (الحشوة) التي حضرتيها من قبل
اغطسيها في المربى ثم ( الجوز الهند المحمص+الكاكاو+السكر ناعم )
و هذا شكلها النهائي يذوب في الفم مممم اتمنى ان ينال اعجابكم
