وأنا أتصفح الموقع الرسمي للاتحاد العربي لكرة القدم لفت انتباهي أن الموقع خارج مجال التغطية (آخر تحديث 2009 )

ماهي أقوالكم وآركم مع نهاية 2012

بعد توقف دام موسمين كاملين لكل نشاطات الاتحاد العربي لكرة القدم خصوصا بطولته الكبرى "دوري أبطال العرب"، أعلن الاتحاد بعد انتخابه مجلس إدارة جديدا برئاسة الأمير سلطان بن فهد بن عبد العزيز عن نيته استئناف كافة نشاطاته وبطولاته اعتباراً من الموسم المقبل.
الأمر مرحب به كل الترحيب من كل عربي حريص على العمل العربي المشترك بشكل عام، والعمل الرياضي العربي بشكل خاص؛ لأن الرياضة ولعبة كرة القدم بالذات من المفروض أن تقرب المسافات بيننا وأن تخلق أجواء المحبة والأخوة والتضامن بين الرياضيين العرب.
الموضوع ليس سهلاً في هذه الظروف التي أصبحت فيها الرياضة مكلفة جداً في عصر الاحتراف، وتحتاج إلى دعم ورعاية مالية قوية (Sponsers)، أسوة بما كانت تقدمه ART للاتحاد في سنواته الأخيرة قبل أن يتوقف نشاطه.
النقطة الأخرى هناك ازدحام في جداول الأندية والمنتخبات العربية بعد أن تضاعفت قوة البطولات الإفريقية والآسيوية وأصبحت مغرية جداً من كافة الجوانب حيث أصبحت تستقطب الكرة العربية.
هذا بالإضافة إلى بطولات الشباب والناشئين التي أصبحت ثابتة ضمن أجندة الاتحادات المذكورة ناهيك عن تصفيات كأس العالم والألعاب الأولمبية وغيرها مما يشكل عبئاً مالياً كبيراً بالإضافة إلى ضيق الوقت نتيجة هذه الارتباطات كلها والإرهاق الذي تسببه كثافة البطولات.
قبل عشر سنوات وأكثر كانت بطولات الاتحاد العربي لكرة القدم أقوى من البطولات الإفريقية والآسيوية وكان الإقبال عليها والمشاركة فيها شرفا ومطلبا لكل الأندية والمنتخبات العربية وقد نجحت تلك البطولات نجاحاً كبيراً.
أما اليوم فقد اختلف الحال وكذلك الظروف والإمكانات مما يتطلب من أسرة الاتحاد وكوادره مضاعفة العمل وتوفير ظروف الأفضلية والإغراءات التي تستقطب وتسترجع ألق الاتحاد ونجاحاته بعد هذا التوقف الذي طال خصوصا وأن الاتحاد له فضل كبير على تقدم الكرة العربية.
أما في الجانب الآخر وهو موقف الاتحادات الوطنية العربية والإعلام والجهات المسؤولة عن الرياضة واللعبة في الوطن العربي، فإننا نتمنى أن يدعموا بكل قوة هذه العودة الحميدة المفيدة التي تحمل الطابع والآمال المستمرة برياضة عربية مشتركة تزيد من وحدتنا وتضامننا واعتزازنا بالعمل الرياضي العربي ممثلاً هذه المرة بلعبة كرة القدم اللعبة الشعبية الأولى.
وربما نأمل أن تشارك أندية المقدمة في الوطن العربي خصوصا في مصر العربية والسعودية بأنديتها ذات الشعبية الكبيرة كالأهلي والزمالك والهلال والنصر والاتحاد وغيرها، حتى تكون العودة قوية مثيرة تستقطب جماهير ومحبي هذه الأندية الكبيرة ذات الشعبية في كل أنحاء الوطن العربي خصوصا أن معظم الدول الأخرى تشارك بفرقها القوية.
نجاح الرياضة والكرة العربية مسؤولية مشتركة تحتاج إلى تضافر وتعاون ودعم ومشاركة الجميع في هذا الجهد الكبير والله الموفق.
