فطائر التفاح بالعجينة المورقة من مطبخ ام سامي

السلام و عليكم و رحمة الله و بركاته


اخواتي بعد ان وضعت طريقة العجينة المورقة في موضوع سابق

ها أنا اعمل بها فطائر التفاح اللذيذة بالكريم باتسيير

اول شيئ نحظر العجينة المورقة


ثانيا نحضر الكريم باتيسيير بالطريقة التالية


نغسل اناء بماء بارد جدا جدا حتى نمنع التصاق الكريمة


ثم نغلي في الاناء نصف لتر حليب



في اناء آخر نضرب بيضتين+ 100غ سكر حتى يتضاعف حجمه


ثم نضيف 60 غ نشاء و نخلط برفق+ ملعقة صغيرة من الفانيليا


نأخذ كمية من الحليب الساخن و نسكبها في الايناءالثاني و نخفق ثم نسكبه داخل الحليب


و نحرك على نار هادئةحتى يتخثر

ننزعه من النار


نضعه في صحن و نرشه بالسكر لتفادي تشكيل الطبقة الناشفة



نرجع للعجينة


نفتحها و نضعها داخل كيسات حديدية مرشوشة بالفرينة

و ندهنها بالجولي اذا تواجدت
