تجميد طلب اعتماد الجمعيات الدينية في مستغانم
يثير سخط الأعضاء في انتظار صدور

علمت ”الفجر” من مديرية التنظيم والشؤون العامة بولاية مستغانم، بأن
زهاء 50 طلب اعتماد لجمعيات دينية، قد تم تجميدها إلى حين صدور المرسوم
الوزاري المنظم للجمعيات ذات الطابع الديني. في حين أكد عدد من أعضاء
الجمعيات المجمدة بأن هذا التأخير قد أثّر سلبا على سير عمل الجمعيات
المكلفة بتسيير المساجد، كما يمكن أن يؤثر على جمعيات الزوايا أثناء تجديد
مكاتبها، ما سيجمد -حسبهم- العمل الدعوي والتربوي لهذه المؤسسات الدينية،
ناهيك عن تجميد مشاريع تهيئة المساجد الجديدة العاملة على حد سواء، خصوصا
إذا ما تأخر صدور المرسوم، فيما لا يزال الغموض يكتنف الجهة التي ستقوم
بدراسة طالب الإعتماد إذا ما كان مكتب الجمعيات بمديرية التنظيم والشؤون
العامة كما جرت عليه العادة أو مديرية الشؤون الدينية المخولة حسب مشروع
المرسوم الجديد، وقد أكدت مصالح مديرية الشؤون الدينية والأوقاف بولاية
مستغانم، ل ”الفجر”، بأن المرسوم الجديد يهدف إلى منع أي علاقة وظيفية أو
تنظيمية للجمعيات ذات الطابع الديني مع الأحزاب السياسية حتى لا يتم
توظيفها حزبيا، كما يلزم الجمعيات الدينية باحترام الوحدة الوطنية
والمرجعية الدينية للمجتمع، وتملك مديريات الشؤون الدينية والاوقاف السلطة
التقديرية لدراسة تصاريح طلبات الإعتماد، كما ينص المشروع الجديد على
إمكانية حل الجمعيات في حال مساسها بالوحدة الوطنية أو المرجعية الدينية
للمجتمع أو في حال تبنيها لأفكار متطرفة، ويذكر بأن المرسوم المنتظر يأتي
في إطار قانون جديد يحدد التفاصيل الخاصة بتنظيم عمل الجمعيات بصفة عامة
ويضع خصوصية للجمعيات الدينية بما فيها الجمعيات الخاصة بالزوايا

و عليه فإنّ من الواجبَ على الحكام أولياء الأمور أصحاب القرار والعلماء
والدّعاة أن يكونوا دعاة لتحكيم شريعة الاسلام الحقة بدون عقدة ولا خوف ولا
انهزامية...

فالواجبُ على كلِّ مسلم كمالُ التسليم لشريعةِ الله والانقياد لما فيها
وتلقِّي ذلك بالقبولِ والتصديق دونَ معارَضتها بخيالٍ باطلٍ ولو سمّاه
الناس معقولاً أو مصلحةً أو ضغطًا حضاريًّا.
