السّلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته
أوّلا أشكر أخت اسمها أم البنات ..تعلّمت منها الكثير من الوصفات الراّئعة

ولأنّ شرحها واضح ومبيّن بالصّور

كلّ وصفاتها نجحت لي من أوّل مرّة الله يحفظلها بناتها ويجازيها بألف خير



أولاّ كريمة الشيكولا :

وتقدرين تستغنين عنها وتعويضها بالجاهزة (نوتولاّ ..أو أيّة شكولا للدّهن )

كأس حليب ...4ملاعق أكل سكّر ..2ونصف ملاعق أكل كاكاوو...ملعقة أكل زبدة

ملعقة أكل فرينة يوضع الكلّ على نار هادئة مع التّحريك المستمر حتى تتقال مليح

وبعيدا على النّار يضاف لها ملعقة الزّبدة ...

تترك لتبرد وتوضع في الثّلاّجة لحين الاستعمال


مقادير العجين:

500غ فرينة ,2ملاعق صغار خمارة العجين 1خمارة الحلويات 2ملاعق أكل حليب مجفّف

بيضة ملعقة صغيرة ملح 2ملاعق كبار سكر
نصف كأس شاي زيت أو زبدة ذائبة
حليب دافئ لعجن المكوّنات ...

الطّريقة :
في ايناء عميق ضعي الفرينة بسيّها مليح بالزّيت أضيفي البيضة مخفوقة

الملح +السّكر+حليب مجفّف+خمارة العجين وخمارة الحلوى امزجي الكل

وأضيفي الحليب الدّافئ على دفعات (يمكن تجّمعيها بالماء أصلا الوصفة الأصلية صاحبتها لم تضف الحليب المجفّف وجمعت الكلّ بالماء )

ستحصلين على عجين ليّن يلصق قليلا باليد ..

اعجنيه جيّدا وأمسحي وجهه بمسحة خفيفة من الزّيت وأتركيه يخمر لساعة

بعدها قطّعيه 4كرات متساوية ..بسّطي الأولى وضعيها في مول ولاّ طاجين دائري مدهون

وضعي فوقها مسحة خفيفة من كريمة الشكولا (يمكن تعوضيها يأي حشوة تحبيّنها سواءا مالحة أو حلوّة ...كريم باتيسري ..أو فرماج أو زبدة مع سكر ...)

وهكذا أكملي الكرات المتبقيّة والطّبقة الأخيرة لا توضع فوقها الشّكولا ..
اقسمي الدّائرة علىاثنين ثمّ 4 ثم 8 دون الوصول للطّرف

لفّي المثلّث على نفسه مرّتين أو ثلاث ..وثبتيه وهكذا عند الانتهاء من اللّف ببقايا العجين شكّلي

حربوش ولّفيه على نفسه (في الوصفة الأصلية)أماّ أنا فلفيّته على قطعة شكولاطة

يترك ليخمر مرّة ثانية لنصف ساعة (على حساب حرارة المكان)

يدهن وجهه بصفار البيض مضاف اليه قطرات من القهوة أو الحليب ,ويطهى في فرن ساخن مسبّقا

وعلى نار هادئة ,عند النّضج يحمّر وجهه

ويدهن بالعسل فور خروجه من الفرن ويرّش بقليل من اللّوز مرحي أو قوقاو أو أيّة مكسّرات أخرى

أو يترك بدونها ...

على فكرة نفس العجين يشكّل به فطائر أخرى رائعة في المنظر
