قرر صبي يبلغ من العمر 10سنوات تعلم الجودو على الرغم من حقيقة أنه قد فقد ذراعه اليسرى في حادث سيارة عنيف. وبدأ الصبي الدروس مع مدرب جودو ياباني مسن.
✿كان أداء الصبي حسناً، إلا أنه لم يستطع أن يفهم لماذا بعد ثلاثة أشهر من التدريب لم يعلمه المدرب سوى حركة واحدة فقط .
✿أخيراً قال الصبي لمدربه : لماذا لا أتعلم حركات أخرى
✿قال المدرب: هذه هي الحركة الوحيدة التي تعرفها، ولكنها الحركة الوحيدة التي سوف ت
حتاجها دائماً وأبداً. لم يفهم الصبي ما يقصد المدرب، لكنه كان يؤمن بمدربه، لذا استمر الصبي في التدريب.
✿بعد عدة أشهر، أشرك المدرب الصبي بالبطولة الأولى له. وكان مما أدهش الصبي، أنه فاز بسهولة في المباراتين الأوليين. كانت المباراة الثالثة أكثر صعوبة، ولكن مع مرور الوقت، فقد خصمه الصبر واشتاط غضباً؛ واستطاع الصبي الفوز بالمباراة باستخدامه حركته الوحيدة بإتقان. زاد اندهاش الصبي بنجاحه.
✿ووصل الصبي الآن للمباراة النهائية في البطولة. هذه المرة، كان منافسه أكبر منه وأقوى منه وأضخم منه وأكثر خبرة. لبعض الوقت، بدا أن الصبي سوف يخسر. وخوفاً أن يقع ضرر كبير على الصبي، قام الحكم بإعطاء استراحة. وكان على وشك إيقاف المباراة عندها تدخل المدرب بأصرار قائلاً : "لا"، وأصر "دعه يستمر" .
✿بعد وقت قصير من استئناف المباراة، ارتكب الخصم خطئاً قاتلاً لقد استغنى عن وضعه الدفاعي. وعلى الفور، استخدم الصبي حركته الوحيدة وثبت خصمه. لقد فاز الصبي بالمباراة وبالبطولة. وأصبح البطل.
في طريق العودة، استعرض الصبي والمدرب جميع الأحداث في كل المباريات فى مراجعة كل حركة فى كل مباراة. ثم استجمع الصبي شجاعته وسأل عن ما يشغل باله. "، كيف فزت في البطولة بحركة واحدة فقط؟"
✿أجابه المدرب "لقد فزت لسببين اثنين. الأول: لقد كنت تتقن واحدة من أصعب الحركات في الجودو على الإطلاق. والسبب الثاني: أن الحركة الدفاعية المعروفة والوحيدة لتلك الحركة هو أن يمسك منافسك بذراعك اليسرى".
✿لقد كانت أكبر نقطة ضعف للصبي هي أكبر نقاط قوته.
✿أحياناً قد نمتلك بعض نقاط الضعف وقد نسخط على قدر الله أو على الظروف أو على أنفسنا بسبب ذلك، لكن لنعلم أن ضعفنا يمكن أن يصبح قوتنا في يوم ما.
✿كل واحد منا مميز ومهم، لذا لا تعتقد أبداً أنك ضعيف ولا تغتر بنفسك ولا تشعر بالأسى ، فقط عش حياتك على أكمل وجه وقدم أفضل ما لديك !
