القشره هي فى الاصل جلد ميت من فروه رأسك ويمكنك ملاحظته اكثر عندما تحك راسك فتتساقط منها القشره وعندما تكون مصابا بالقشرة فان فروه الراس تكون حمراء وملتهبه وتثير الرغبة فى الحكاك

هل عدم عنايتك بشعرك هي السبب






وجود القشره لا يعنى انك لاتهتم جيدا بنظافه شعرك..ولكن استخدام بعض منتجات الشعر السيئة مثل صبغات الشعر ومواد التصفيف التي تترك طبقه على الشعر قد تؤدى الى تفاعل مع فروه الراس وتزيد القشره لذلك عليك الاهتمام بغسل الشعر جيدا لازاله الجلد الميت واستخدام منتجات من انواع افضل .

القشره يمكن ان تظهر فى أماكن اخرى

*كيتاكونازول يحارب الفطر المسبب لقشره الرأس

*السلسيليك أسيد يخلصك من الجلد الميت ولكن قد يسبب بعض الجفاف

*سلينيم سلفيد يبطئ عمليه تكوين الجلد الميت ويحارب الفطر المسبب لقشره الرأس

*التار يبطئ عمليه تكوين الجلد الميت لكن قد يؤدى الى ازاله اللون من الشعر الاشقر والمصبوغ

*برثيون الزنك يهاجم الفطر المسبب لقشره الراس

*الصبار استخدام الجل الموجود داخل الصبار يعالج تهيج وتقشر فروة الرأس

*زيت شجره الشاي استخدام شامبو يحتوى على 5% من زيت شجره الشاي يساعدك فى التخلص من القشره ويخفف التهيج

*عشب الليمون استخدام شامبو يحتوى على 2%من زيت عشب الليمون يكافح الفطر المسبب لقشره الرأس

اغسل شعرك بطريقه أفضل

ما مسبب القشره




لا احد يعرف بالتحديد سبب قشره الرأس ولكن الارجح ان سببها هو وجود فطر فى فروة الرأس..الغدد الدهنية فى جذور الشعر تفرز ماده زيتيه للحفاظ على الشعر ولكن زياده افراز الماده الزيتيه يؤدى الى زياده نمو الفطر الموجود بشكل طبيعي فى فروه الراس ولكن هذه الزيادة تؤدى الى حدوث قشره الراس..ايضا عدم شرب الماء الكافي والتعرض للهواء يسبب تشقق وجفاف فروه الراس وظهور قشور

عوامل اخرى تحفز قشره الرأس




الجو الجاف البارد,التعب والارهاق كل هذه الامور تزيد من ظهور قشره الرأس

بعض الحالات المرضية قد تسبب قشره الرأس
مشاكل البشره مثل حب الشباب ,الاكزيما والصدفية تسبب القشره لانها تؤدى الى تجمع الجلد الميت,بعض الامراض مثل الباركينسونسم والصرع ومرضى الايدز اكثر عرضه للاصابة بقشره الرأس ..ولسبب غير معروف المرضى اثناء فتره التعافي من الازمات القلبيه او اصابات الرأس اكثر عرضه للاصابة بالقشرة.

بعض الحالات قد تتداخل فى تشخيصها مع قشره الرأس
بعض الاحيان ما يبدو مثل قشره الرأس هو فى الحقيقة حاله مختلفه تماما ..حشرات الرأس تثير الحكاك وتهيج الفروه وتضع بيضا يشبه القشره ولكنه يلتصق بالشعر ولايمكن ازالته بسهوله ..مرض اخر يسبب قشور فى الراس وهو القوباء الحلقية ولكنه ايضا يسبب دوائر حمراء خاليه من الشعر فى فروه الرأس

قشور راس الاطفال الرضع
قد تظهر قشور صفراء او بنيه فى فروه رأس الاطفال الرضع حديثي الولادة .هذه الحاله غالبا تزول وحدها عندما يبلغ الطفل الشهر الثامن او الثاني عشر من عمره ويمكن معالجه هذه الحاله بوضع زيت الاطفال برفق على فروه الراس وتركه لمده 10 دقائق ثم غسل الراس جيدا بشامبو الاطفال

القشره مضره ام فقط امر مزعج
على الرغم من ان قشره الشعر امر مزعج الا انها غير مضره..كما انها غير معديه لايمكنك ان تصاب بها مثلا من الشخص الجالس بجوارك ..وهى لا تسبب سقوط الشعر بشكل مباشر ولكن كثره الحكاك فى فروه الرأس قد تؤدى الى ذلك
