إنتفاضة أكتوبر 88 أم ربيع الجزائر

تمر علينا 24سنة عن ذكرى أحداث 05 أكتوبر 1988 و التي قيل عنها فيما بعد أنها كانت نتيجة حتمية لخطاب شجاع ألقاه الرئيس الراحل الشاذلي بن جديد تحدث فيه بصراحة غير معتادة وبلغة مباشرة بعيدة عن الديماغوجية السياسية فقد ذهب الكثير من المحللين إلى اعتبار ذلك الخطاب الشرارة التي حركت الأحداث، وفي مقابل ذلك رأت أصوات أخرى بأن ثمة صراع خفي كانت تدور أحداثه في الخفاء بين قوى سياسية لعبت دورا مهما في تحريك الأحداث أو لنقل في تأليب الرأي العام وبالأخص لدى الشباب ضد السلطة الحاكمة آنذاك.
كما أن هناك أطرح أخر يقول بأن الأحداث كانت نتيجة طبيعية لأزمة اقتصادية عرفتها البلاد وتدهور الحالة المعيشية وانهيار القدرة الشرائية للمواطن بعد ارتفاع محسوس لبعض المواد الاستهلاكية.
وما بين هذا وذاك تاهت عنا الحقيقة وبين ما قيل في حينه وما يقال الآن يحق لنا نحن الذين عايشنا تلك الأحداث أن نتساءل هل كانت ربيعا جزائريا خالصا سبق أوانه؟ أم كانت ثورة من اجل الديمقراطية والحرية؟ أم كانت نقمة علينا باعتبار ما شهدته البلاد من بعد ذلك من أحداث دموية أو ما أطلق عليه بالعشرية السوداء .
ما بين أكتوبر 88 وأكتوبر 2012 مسار طويل وأحداث كثيرة تغير رؤساء وذهبت حكومات وجاءت غيرها وعرف هرم السلطة أكثر من رئيس. لكن هل تغير شيء ؟
أعود وأقول إذا كانت الأحداث ثورة جوع وخبز فهل اكتفى الشعب من حاجته اليوم للخبز والماء؟ إذا كانت ثورة حرية فهل نحن اليوم أحرار نقول ما نريد ونعبر كيف ما نريد ؟ أم أنها كانت ثورة نظام خفي ضد نظام حاكم.
لم تكن ثورة جوع وخبز :
لقد حاول النظام الرسمي للسلطة الحاكمة يومها أن يجعل من الأحداث مجرد شغب شباب ثائر ضد الأوضاع الاقتصادية وغلاء الأسعار وساد الاعتقاد بأن من خرجوا لشوارع العاصمة وباقي المدن الجزائرية منتفضين لم تكن سوى قلة مندسة كان همها أن تشعل فتيل الاضطرابات وفقط لكن الشعارات التي كانت تطلق من أفواه المتظاهرين يومها كانت ضد النظام ورموزه.
لقد حاول النظام كعادة الأنظمة الشمولية أن يروج لفكرة الخبز والجوع لكن وبعد 24سنة سقطت تلك الفرضية ولم يعد اليوم من الطبيعي أن يصدق عاقل بأن تلك الأرواح التي سقطت في العاصمة وباقي المدن الجزائرية كان همها بطن يمتلئ وفقط .
إن الأيام والتاريخ عرت حقيقة الكذبة المضحكة التي حاول النظام الترويج لها آنذاك.
لقد كانت ثورة كرامة وحرية ثورة ضد تكميم الأفواه ومصادرة الإرادة السياسية وحق التعبير وحرية الفكر.
لقد أخفق كل من حاول أن يحصر الأحداث في تلك الصورة الدرامية التي روجت لها دوائر السلطة على أنها ثورة الجياع وما كان بإمكان ولو طفلا صغيرا أن يقتنع بأن من خرج منتفضا حاملا كفنه بين يديه خرج من أجل قطعة خبز .
إن أوضاع البلاد وسياسة الحزب الواحد وانفراده بالقرارات والقبضة الحديدية التي كانت مفروضة على الجميع في ظل تدهور اقتصادي وانسداد أفق الرأي والرأي الأخر جعل أبناء هذا البلد العظيم يخرجون كما خرج أسلافهم منذ سنين وكسروا أغلال الظلم.
حقيقة ما بين الخطابين:
ما بين خطاب الطارف والخطاب الذي تلا الأحداث أو خطاب التهدئة إن -صح القول- هل يحق اليوم لنا معرفة ما الذي حدث؟ وكيف؟ ولماذا؟
هل تحركت الأحداث نتيجة استيعاب الشباب لخطاب الطارف الشهير هل كان لصراحة الرئيس وتعريتة للواقع وكشفه هشاشة الاقتصاد الجزائري آنذاك؟ هل كانت كلمة الشاذلي بأن البقرة الحلوب لم تعد تدر حليبا ( البترول ) هي السبب أم ماذا؟.
لقد شهدت البلاد بعد ذلك نوعا من الحرية السياسية وإن كانت عرجاء وانفتح البلد على العالم وعرفت الجزائر هزات عنيفة يعرفها العام والخاص لكن ما زلنا نجهل حتى اليوم ماذا يمثل أكتوبر في ذاكرة الجزائريين هل هي ثورة الجوع الخبز؟ أم هي انتفاضة من اجل الحرية؟ أم كانت مجرد صراعات في أعلى هرم السلطة .
رحل الرجل الأول في البلاد - الرئيس بن جديد- والذي كانت عهدته الرئاسية مرتبطة بالأحداث ولم يقل شيء حتى بعد اعتزاله السياسة فهل نجد جواب في مذكراته أم ترانا سوف ننتظر سنوات وسنوات لنعرف الحقيقة، أم سنرحل عن الدنيا دون أن نعرف ويأتي جيل آخر ربما يقولون له حينها إن الأحداث كانت شغب ملاعب فقط.

...ياأخي الكريم ** ابوفراس ** بداية نشكرك على هذا الطرح القيم و الجرئ ولكن قد أختلف معك من زاوية أخرى بداية من الإشكالية التالية من الذي يضمن على أن لا تكون هناك فتن أخرى ووأسرار أخرى لو كشفت الحقيقة كلها ؟؟ لأنه في بعض الاحيان الصمت خير من الكلام لأن المصلحة العامة تقتضي ذلك لانها قد يكون كشف المستور بداية لصراعات لا نهاية لها وهذا ما يسعى إليه أعداؤنا ياأخي ، وشكرا.

الحقيقة التاريخية اخي ابو هبة اكبر من كل شيء من حقنا ان نعرف الى متى يبقى التاريخ يزيف امام اعيننا ونحن نصمت على كل حال احترم رايك وربما تكون مذكرات الرجل العظيم الشاذلي بن جديد رحمه الله فيها ما يجيبنا عن بعض من هذه التساؤلات .

ليس هنالك ثورة غيرت الاوضاع في ليلة وضحهى الثورة الفرنسية استمرت 70 سنة الاوضاع مظطربة بعدها ولكن اى شرارة ثورة سيكون لها ثمار في المستقبل
