اردوغان والاسد: من يصرخ اولا!

لا احد يريد ان يكون مكان السيد رجب طيب اردوغان رئيس وزراء تركيا هذه الايام، فنيران الأزمة السورية وصلت الى طرف ثوبه، والمعجزة الاقتصادية التي حققها في سنوات حكمه العشر مهددة بالتآكل.
الدهاء الشامي، او ما تبقى منه، وضع رئيس الوزراء التركي في مأزق خطير للغاية، فهجمات حزب العمال الكردي في جنوب شرق البلاد تفاقمت، والحدود مع سورية ملتهبة بفعل القصف المتبادل، والمعارضة التركية بزعامة حزب الشعب عادت الى الواجهة وبقوة بعد ان وجدت في الأزمة السورية الذخيرة التي افتقدها طوال السنوات الماضية للطّخ بفاعلية على حزب العدالة والتنمية.
الرئيس بشار الاسد، الصديق الذي تحوّل الى عدو شرس بالنسبة للسيد اردوغان، نجح ولو الى حين، في استفزاز الثعلب التركي، وايقاعه في مصيدة رد الفعل، بإخراجه عن طوره وحكمته التقليدية، مثلما تأتى ذلك بوضوح من خلال اجبار المقاتلات التركية لطائرة مدنية سورية قادمة من موسكو على الهبوط في احد مطارات انقرة بحجة حملها مواد عسكرية ممنوعة.
لا نعتقد ان الهدف من 'خطف' الطائرة السورية المدنية واجبارها على الهبوط بالقوة هو بسبب حمولتها غير المشروعة، وانما للانتقام من النظام السوري، والرّد على استفزازاته التي بدأت بإسقاط طائرة استطلاع تركية فوق المتوسط في ايار(مايو) الماضي، وانتهت بقصف قرية تركية على الحدود ادى الى مقتل امرأة واطفالها الاربعة، ومن المفارقة انهم من اصول عربية سورية.
فالطائرة لا يمكن ان تحمل قنابل نووية، ولا اسلحة كيماوية، لان الأخيرة موجودة في ســــورية، والاولى تحملــــها الصواريخ وليس الطائرات المدنية، كما ان هـــناك خــــطا جـــويا مباشرا بين موسكو ودمشق، ولا نعتقد ان السلطات التركية، ومهما بلغـــت قـــوة جيشها، ستجرؤ على تكرار هذه العملية لو كانت الطائرة المستهدفة روسية.

الحكومة التركية وضعت نفسها في ازمة مزدوجة، احداها قديمة اي مع سورية، والثانية مع موسكو التي جاء رد فعلها غاضبا، سواء من خلال الغاء فلاديمير بوتين زيارة مقررة هذا الشهر الى انقرة، او مطالبة الحكومة الروسية تركيا بتوضيحات عاجلة ومقنعة عن اجبار الطائرة على الهبوط وتهديد حياة 17 راكبا روسيا للخطر.
تركيا اردوغان تقف فوق برميل بارود متفجر ولا تستطيع التراجع بعد ان قطعت نصف المسافة في دعم المعارضة السورية المسلحة، وقطع كل شعرات معاوية مع النظام السوري، واختارت حلفا عربيا غربيا يريدها ان تخوض حرب اطاحة الرئيس الاسد نيابة عنه، بينما يكتفي هذا الحلف بالمراقبة عن بعد.
السيد اردوغان يقف وحيدا، والارض تميد تحته، فلا مؤتمرات اصدقاء سورية باتت تعقد، ولا الحليف الامريكي مستعد لإقامة مناطق آمنة وحظر جوي، والاهم من ذلك ان هناك فيتو امريكيا احمر يمنع ارسال صواريخ متطورة مضادة للدروع والطائرات لشلّ فاعلية السلاح الجوي السوري.
كلمة السر تتلخص في 'المجاهدين الاسلاميين' الذين تدفقوا على سورية منذ اليوم الاول لبدء الأزمة، حيث باتت لهم اليد العليا في ميادين القتال حتى الآن، والجملة المعترضة المكملة لها تشتت المعارضة السورية، وفشل جميع محاولات توحيدها في جسم واحد يتمتع بقاعدة تمثيلية اوسع.
الامريكان يخشون الجماعات الاسلامية اكثر مما يخشون النظام نفسه، بعد ان تكبدوا، وما زالوا، خسائر ضخمة على ايدي مقاتليها في افغانستان والعراق والصومال واخيرا في ليبيا، وربما غدا في اوروبا الذين يتمركزون قبالتها وبكثافة في دول المغرب الاسلامي والساحل الافريقي.
اجبار السيد اردوغان لطائرة مدنية سورية على الهبوط في مطار انقرة سينزل بردا وسلاما على حاكم دمشق، بل انه ربما يكون هو من سرّب انباء عن وجود شحنة غير قانونية على ظهر الطائرة المعنية ليوقعه في هذه المصيدة، ويورطه في عداء مع موسكو، وهو الذي وقع معها اتفاقا تجاريا بعدة مليارات من الدولارات قبل عشرة ايام.

التوتر على الحدود، ودخول البلدين في حرب خطف او اسقاط الطائرات يفيد النظام السوري اكثر من غريمه التركي، وستتضاعف هذه الاستفادة اذا تطورت الأمور الى حرب كاملة، مما يعني كارثة اقتصادية عظمى لتركيا ونسفا لكل انجازاتها واستقرارها، ناهيك عن نظرية 'صفر مشاكل' مع الجيران التي صاغها واصبحت علامة تجارية لوزير خارجيتها احمد داوو اوغلو.
الخطأ الاكبر الذي ارتكبه السيد اردوغان يتمثل في امرين مرتبطين، الاول هو حساباته وتقديراته الخاطئة بأن هذه الحرب في سورية لن تدوم اكثر من اسابيع او اشهر معدودة وبعدها يسقط النظام، والثاني الاعتقاد بان التحالف العربي الغربي العريض الذي تكون بمبادرة تركية يمكن ان يسقط النظام السوري مثلما اسقط النظام الليبي، ومن قبله العراقي.
التوتر سيستمر على الحدود وفي الاجـــواء، وربما يتفاقم لدرجة الوصول الى حد الانفجار، والمسألة باتت مســـألة عود ثقاب يتولى عملية اشعال الفتيل، سواء من الجانب التركي او السوري، او طرف ثالث مجهول يقوم بذلك نيابة عنهما وهو موجود حتما.
قلناها سابقا، ونكررها، بأن النظام السوري في حال حرب اهلية طاحنة تأخذ شكل الحرب اللبنانية التي استمرت 15 عاما، اي ليس لديه ما يخسره، اما السيد اردوغان فلديه الكثير مما يمكن ان يخسره، ولذلك ننصحه بضبط النفس لانه سيكون الخاسر الاكبر حتى لو انتصر في الحرب ضد سورية، فخوض الحروب سهل والانتصار فيها احيانا كذلك لكن ما بعد الانتصار هو المشكلة الحقيقية، وعليه ان يسأل حلفاءه الامريكيين الذين يملكون جواب المجرب.
