الشعور بالتعاظم.. هل يقتصر على أنظمة الحكم؟



عندما يحدث انفصام بين البنى الفوقية والبنى التحتية في المجتمع، فإنه ستتواجد طبقات انتقالية ووسطية واسعة جدا تؤدي الى ضعف وزعزعة الأساس الاجتماعي الضروري لعملية خلق المواطن الحُر المُتسامي المنتمي للوطن. ويتعين على هذا الوضع تشكيل السلطة وفق العلاقة بين الاقتصاد والسياسة، أما مضمونها فيكون ديكتاتوريات برجوازية.

في البلدان العربية، ينتج عن ذلك قُدرة هائلة على تتبع مراكز النفوذ الاجتماعي والاقتصادي، ويتم إحداث التوازن فيما بينها وبين أنظمة الحكم التي تحرص باستمرار على وجود تفوق واضح وحاسم لصالح أنظمة الحكم، على باقي مراكز القوى التابعة لها اجتماعياً، مع حرص شديد على دور دولة التخلف التابعة للقوى الخارجية والمُساهمة في إخضاع نشاط الدولة للاندماج في السوق العالمية، ضامنة بذلك رضا من تتبع لهم، وهم في العقود الأخيرة الدوائر الإمبريالية الغربية بأذرعها السياسية والاقتصادية.

تتكيف زعامات القوى الاقتصادية والاجتماعية لنيل رضا أنظمة الحكم، طالما أن الفوائد الاقتصادية تنساب نحوها، وطالما أن نفوذها الاجتماعي مضمون، وطالما أن نظام الحكم، يختار من بينها تحديداً الوزراء والسفراء والمدراء العامين وكبار مناصب الحكم، فهي بذلك تصبح شريكاً في نظام الحكم، تستبسل في الدفاع عنه وإعلان الولاء له بمناسبة وغير مناسبة.

إن سلوك زعامات القوى الاقتصادية والاجتماعية تجاه نظام الحكم، يُشبه الى حدٍ كبير بل ومتطابق موقف نظام الحكم وسلوكه من القوى العالمية، كلاهما ينشد رضا سيده.

لا يفاجأ المواطن العادي عند كل تغيير وزاري، أو تعيينات وترقيات في صفوف قوى الأمن والمخابرات والجيش، أن تنحصر تلك التغييرات في أوساط حلفاء النظام، وإن كان النظام في كل مرة أن يتكرم ببعض المناصب غير الفعالة في ترضية بعض المناطق الجغرافية أو الأقليات الإثنية والعرقية والطائفية، فهي من ضرورات الديكور التشكيلي.

وكما أن نظام الحكم الذي ضمن رضا من يتبعهم خارجياً، قد وصل الى مرحلة اليقين في تفوقه على باقي القوى داخل المجتمع المحلي، فإن صفات الغطرسة والإحساس بالتفوق التي تلازم كل نظام ديكتاتوري، ستنتقل الى أتباعه أو زعاماتهم، الذين ينظرون بالسخرية الى كل قوى تنتقدهم أو تتناولهم بالحديث، أو حتى تفكر بمنافستهم لنيل رضا النظام!

إن الشعور بالتعاظم لا يقتصر على أنظمة الحكم، بل ينتقل الى عموم الطامحين في التقرب من الحكم، فهذا سيتفاخر بكثرة أتباعه سواء كانوا من أفراد قبيلة أو تجمعات عشائرية، أو شعوره بالقدرة المالية التي تستطيع تمويل مشاريعه للتقرب من مركز النظام بالانتخابات أو الرشاوى أو غيرها، وحتى الأحزاب تشعر بعقدة التعاظم تجاه بعضها البعض، إذا تفوق أحدهم بعدد الأتباع..

ولطالما أن المجتمع العربي لم يرتق بعد الى الرصف على أساس المواطنة وعلى أساس التشابه في المصالح التي تنضوي في منظمات المجتمع المدني. ولا ننسى أيضاً أن أوعية التمثيل السياسي التي وجدت خلال قرن من الزمان، قد استلهمت هي الأخرى وسائل أنظمة الحكم، في معاداة بعضها البعض، والركض للفوز بتصدر المشهد السياسي أو جزء منه بطريقة براجماتية بحتة، فإن مشوار الارتقاء بالحالة العربية لا يزال طويلاً..

...بطبيعة الحال ياأخي لا يقتصر ذلك على أنظمة الحكم فقط لأن البناء كان من القاعدة أي الفرد و السلطة لم تكن موجودة قبل تنظيم المجتماعات بل الكل كان في الحياة البدائية يسعى لتحقيق ذاته ونزواته الدنياوية حتى ان بعث الله عزوجل رسله و أنبياءه عليهم الصلاة السلام و أنزل الكتب السماوية لكي يهتدي بها بنو البشر، ولكن سرعانا ما نسي الإنسان أنه طين وتعالى وتعاظم وكان من حزب الشيطان ، وسيظل ذلك الصراع بين الحق و الباطل وبين المرء و نفسه مادامنا بعيدين كل البعد عن ما تركه لنا سلفنا الصالح من أخلاق حميدة وإيمان قوي بأن الحياة فانية و ما يبقى إلا وجه ربك ذو الجلال و الإكرام والسلام عليكم.

كذلك .. لو نظرنا للأمر بصفة معاكسة فإن تنامي قوى المعارضة سيجعلها أمام خيار صعب للتغلب على غطرسة النظام وذلك بتجريده من عنصر القوة الذي مدّه بهذا الشعور والسعي إلى ربط علاقات مع قوى موازية أو تقديمها لنفسها كبديل يستجيب لمتطلبات المرحلة ومستعد لتقديم تنازلات أكبر لنفس القوى للتي يعتمد عليها النظام خصوصا مع بروز حقيقة الولاء المصطنع الذي خلّفته الترسبات التاريخية فتصبح المعارضة بديلا موضوعيا نجاحه رهين بتفكيك منظومة الولاء الداخلي التي يفترض أنها قائمة على مفهوم المصلحة وتقاسم النفوذ ..
فدعوة النظام إلى إختيار شخصيات معارضة أو عى الأقل محايدة هو أمر يظهر بعيدا عن منطق غريزة البقاء فهي دعوة للتآكل الداخلي والمساهمة في إفساح المجال للعناصر الدخيلة خصوصا في الأنظمة ذات الإيديلوجيات الصارمة
