في حكم تشغيل القرآن بالقراءة في المقاهي

للشيخ أبي عبد المعز محمد علي فركوس

السؤال: ما حكم تشغيل القرآن في مقهى إلكتروني، حيث إنَّ الزبائن يتضجرون، ويقولون بأنَّ ذلك لا يتوافق مع طبيعة المقهى ؟ أفيدونا أطال الله في عمركم في طاعته.

الجواب: الحمد لله ربّ العالمين والصلاة والسلام على من أرسله الله رحمة للعالمين، وعلى آله وصحبه وإخوانه إلى يوم الدين، أما بعد:
فمن بين الآداب التي ينبغي لقارئ القرآن أو المستمع إليه أن يتأدَّب بها: أن يجلس في موضع طاهر ونظيف متخشِّعًا بسكينة ووقار في أيِّ هيئة يقدر عليها قائمًا أو قاعدًا أو مضطجعًا أو في فراشه وما إلى ذلك لقوله تعالى:﴿ إِنَّ فِي خَلْقِ السَّمَوَاتِ وَالأَرْضِ وَاخْتِلاَفِ اللَّيْلِ وَالنَّهَارِ لَآيَاتٍ لِأُولِي الأَلْبَابِ الذِينَ يَذْكُرُونَ اللهَ قِيَامًا وَقُعُودًا وَعَلىَ جُنُوبِهِمْ وَيَتَفَكَّرُونَ فِي خَلْقِ السَّمَوَاتِ وَالأَرْضِ رَبَّنَا مَا خَلَقْتَ هَذَا بَاطِلاً سُبْحَانَكَ فِقِنَا عَذَابَ النَّار ِ﴾ [ آل عمران: 190-191] والأكمل أن يجلس مستقبلا القبلة مطرقا رأسه كالجلوس بين يدي معلمه، لقوله صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم:" إِنَّ لِكُلِّ شَيْءٍ سَيِّدًا، وَإِنَّ سَيِّدَ المَجَالِسِ قِبَالَةُ القِبْلَةِ "(١- أخرجه الطبراني في الأوسط (2354)، من حديث أبي هريرة رضي الله عنه، وحسنه الهيثمي في مجمع الزوائد (8/114)، والسخاوي في المقاصد الحسنة (102). والألباني في صحيح الترغيب والترهيب (3085)، وانظر السلسلة الصحيحة (2645). (javascript:AppendPopup(this,'pjdefOutline_1')))، وأن يختار المكان الهادئ يستحضر في نفسه لأن يُناجي ربه ويُفرغ قلبه له، فيقرأ أو يستمع كأنه يرى الله تعالى فإن لم يكن يراه فإنَّ الله تعالى يراه لقوله تعالى: ﴿ وَإِذَا قُرِئَ الْقُرْآنُ فَاسْتَمِعُواْ لَهُ وَأَنصِتُواْ لَعَلَّكُمْ تُرْحَمُونَ ﴾[الأعراف: 204]، وهذه الآية وغيرها -وإن كانت واردة في الصلاة- فالعبرة بعموم اللفظ لا بخصوص السبب، والأماكن التي يكثر فيها الصَّخَبُ وهيشاتُ الأسواق ليست محلاً للقراءة أو للاستماع، لأنَّ من آدابها أن تكون بتدبُّر وتفكُّر وتفهم وخشوع، بحيث يُشغِل قلبه بالتفكير في المعنى الذي يتلفظ به أو ينصت إليه ويتأمَّل في الأوامر والنواهي ويعتقد قبول ذلك، لذلك يبتغي أن يختار المناسب من المجالس احترامًا لكلام الله وصيانته عن الابتذال ودفع شهوة الرياء والسمعة وحب الشهرة والظهور.
والعلم عند الله تعالى، وآخر دعوانا أن الحمد لله ربّ العالمين، وصلى الله على محمد وعلى آله وصحبه وإخوانه إلى يوم الدين وسلّم تسليما.
