أبو ظبي تقود"الثورة المضادة" ضد حكام مصر الجدد

كتب المعلق البريطاني "إيان بلاك" في مقال له في صحيفة "الغارديان" عن قلق وتوتر حكام الإمارات إزاء البروز المنظم لدعاة الإصلاح في البلد ومطالبهم السياسية التي أثارة هواجس المتنفذين.

ورأى أنه منذ سنتين تقريبا ومع بدايات الربيع العربي، تزايد القلق والتوتر إزاء حجم التغييرات في مختلف أنحاء المنطقة. ويظهر هذا واضحا في تهجم وزير خارجية الإمارات العربية المتحدة على الإخوان المسلمين قبل أيام مضت، خاصة بعد أن برزت كأكبر قوة سياسية في كل في مصر وتونس، وكان لها حضور مؤثر في ليبيا ما بعد القذافي وكذلك في الثورة الشعبية السورية حاليا.

وأهم ما جاء في تحذير الوزير وتحريضه ضد الإخوان، دعوته دول الخليج العربي للتعاون ضدها. ويرى كاتب المقال أن فرص نجاح الحملة التصعيدية ضد الإخوان تبدو ضئيلة، لأسباب لا تخفى على الكثيرين، منها أن جماعة الإخوان المسلمين في الكويت وقطر مؤسسات قانونية، إلى جانب دعم أمير قطر للإسلاميين في جميع أنحاء المنطقة تقريبا.

ويذكر الكاتب أن السلطات الأمنية الإماراتية شنت في الأشهر الأخيرة حملة على دعاة الإصلاح واعتقلت 60 ناشطا، وبعضهم أعضاء في جماعة الإخوان (ممثلة في جمعية الإصلاح)، وتجريد بعضهم من جنسياتهم، وحلت المجالس المنتخبة لبعض منظمات المجتمع المدني.

وأفادت بعض وسائل الإعلام الإماراتية أن الإسلاميين المعتقلين قد اعترفوا بتشكيل منظمة سرية تهدف إلى زعزعة استقرار النظام السياسي في البلاد. ونفت دعوة الإصلاح هذه المزاعم، ورأت أن أي اعترافات تم نقلها إنما صدرت تحت التعذيب.

ومطالب الإصلاح مسألة حساسة في الإمارات العربية المتحدة (كما هو الحال بالنسبة لدول الخليج الأخرى)، وتثير المخاوف والقلق في أوساط المسؤولين والمتنفذين، خاصة بعد تفجر الثورات العربية.

وينقل الكاتب وصف مايكل هدسون، الباحث الأمريكي المطلع، للمزاج العام في دوائر الحكم بعد آخر زيارة قام بها مؤخرا للخليج:

"ربما بسذاجة، سألت مجموعة من المتخصصين من دول الخليج لماذا لديهم مشكلة مع الأحزاب الإسلامية الناشئة إذ لعبت دورا حاسما في تونس ومصر وغيرهما من بلدان الثورات. وبعد هذا كله: هل يكونون أكثر ارتباحا في التعامل مع أنظمة مثقفة ومستقلة مثل التي تحكم اليوم في بعض بلاد الثورات؟ شعرت وكأني طبيب الأسنان الذي لمس العصب".

وقد أثار مقال ناقد كتبه مؤخرا أحد ناشطي الإصلاح في صحيفة "الغارديان" تحدث فيه عن حملة الاعتقالات للناشطين والحقوقيين في الإمارات، ضجة عارمة، وكان رد أبو ظبي سريعا ومسيئا، كما ذكر الكاتب، وأضاف في مقاله أن السلطات الأمنية في الإمارات شنت حملة دعائية بإنشاء صفحة على التويتر #UK_supports_traitors تتهم فيها صحيفة الغارديان وشبكة البي بي سي بتلقي رواتب من القطريين. ما أجبر الدبلوماسيين في وزارة الخارجية على شرح أن الحكومة البريطانية لا تسيطر على الصحافة.

والمقال الذي أثار كل هذه الضجة كتبه رئيس دعوة الإصلاح السابق سعيد الطنيجي" في "الغارديان"، وكشف فيه أن هناك انتهاكات كارثيه ضد الناشطين المطالبين بالإصلاح في الإمارات، وأن الجهاز القمعي يستخدم التعذيب للإرغام على الاعتراف بتهم جاهزةً.

إلا أن الحملة الدعائية، كما أفاد كاتب المقال، ذهبت أبعد من هذا الحد واتسع نطاقها، حيث ضغطت السلطات الإماراتية بشكل مركز على كل من واشنطن ولندن لإنهاء "شهر العسل" مع الأنظمة الجديدة في بلاد الثورات، مع التركيز بشكل خاص على مصر.

ربما ليس مناسبا أن نطلق على هذه الحملة الخليجية، والكلام للكاتب، وصف "الثورة المضادة"، ولكنها أقرب إلى الفكرة التي راجت خلال الحرب الباردة، وهي "الاحتواء".

وأشار الكاتب إلى أن المسؤولين البريطانيين منزعجون من هذا الوضع، لأسباب منها أن صادرات المملكة المتحدة إلى الإمارات العربية المتحدة تجاوزت £ 4،7 مليار في السنة، هذا في الوقت الذي تتركز فيه العلاقات مع دول الخليج، أكثر من أي وقت مضى، على فرص التجارة والاستثمار.
