تطبيقي لحلوى النيستليه...

السلام عليكم و رحمة الله وبركاته

في الايام الماضية قمت بتجريب حلوى النيستليه للاختين ام سامي و ام خير الدين...
و الوصفتين في الرابطين التاليين على التوالي

بالنسبة للعجينة جربت من قبل وصفة ام خير الدين و هي خفيفة و هشة يعني ممكن تتفتت قبل ما توصل للفم..و هي لذيذة طبعا...
و لكني افضل وصفة ام سامي التي جربتها لاول مرة و وجدتها متماسكة و لذيذة ايضا...
بالنسبة للحشو قمت بخلط النيستليه مع الكاوكاو المحمض و المرحي و زينت بحبة كورنيفلكس لان حجمه كبير و لم اقدر تشكيل وردة مثل ام سامي...
لم أضف الشوكولاطة لاني أردت الاحتفاظ بذوق النيستليه المكرمل مع الكاوكاو و ه لذيذ حقا...

جربي تاكلي البسباس ام اميمة اولا و هو جواز صدقيني انا أيضا لم اكن استطيع شمه فما بالك باكله و الان روحي في البسباس...
