مفتي السعودية يشن هجوما حادا على المطالبين بدولة مدنية

شن مفتي عام السعودية رئيس هيئة كبار العلماء الشيخ عبدالعزيز آل الشيخ امام الاف الحجاج في جبل عرفات الخميس حملة عنيفة على المطالبين بدولة مدنية.

وندد خلال خطبة القاها في مسجد نمرة بمن "يطالب بالدولة المدنية (...) شرذمة من البشر تحاول الطعن في هذا الدين بحجج واهية وشعارات زائفة. بدعوى الحرية زعموا ان الدين لا يصلح لهذه الحالات واعترضوا على القصاص والحدود لانها تنافي حقوق الانسان (...) وان الامة الاسلامية اذا طبقت الشريعة انطوت عن الامم الراقية وتقوقعت".

وقال آل الشيخ "زعموا وسمحوا لانفسهم بالطعن في الدين وتغيير نصوصه وزعموا ان هذا هو الرقي، ولا شك ان هذه التهم باطلة والدعاوى اليائسة جزء من الحملات التي يشنها اعداء الاسلام ضد هذه الامة لتغييرها وابعادها عن دينها وطمس هويتها وتغريب مجتمعاتها".

واعتبر ان "من الايمان بالله ان تكون شريعة الاسلام مصدرا لانظمة الامة الاسلامية في سياستها الداخلية والخارجية والاقتصادية والتعليمية فالشريعة حاكمة على جميع شؤون الحياة صالحة لكل زمان ومكان".

واضاف "لا يجوز معارضتها باي تشريع مهما كان مصدره ولا ان تكون احكامها القطعية مجالا للنقد واخذ راي الناس حولها بل كلها الى شرع الله وبطل ما سواه".

الى ذلك، قال ان "عالمنا الاسلامي يشهد فتنا ومصائب ومآسي وتسفك الدماء وتخرب الممتلكات، وهذا يدعو للاسف الشديد والحزن. واجب على حكام الشعوب الاسلامية أن يعملوا من أجل الحوار والتفاهم وارجاء المختلف الى احكام الشريعة ونبذ الخلاف وحقن الدماء وعدم استعمال السلاح".

وتابع المفتي "نحذرهم من مكائد اعدائهم الذين يحاولون زعزعة امن الشعوب وحكامها لاثارة الطائفية البغيضة وزعزعة الامة وسلب امانها واستقرارها".

ودعا "حكام المسلمين وشعوبها ان يديروا بلادهم بمحض ارادتهم من غير املاءات خارجية".
