اَخْذُ العَهْد الطُّرُقي بدعةٌ للإمام المُصلح السَّلفي الشَّيخ ابن بَاديس - رَحِمَهُ اللهُ

نشر الإمام ابن باديسٍ رحمه الله في مجلته "الشهاب" [المجلد 13/الجزء الأول / 1 محرم 1356هــ - 14 مارس 1937م / ص:25-26 ] تحت عنوان : "الدجل" نص استفتاء وجوابه لأحد المدرسين ، عن "مجلة الإسلام" المصرية : " تلقينا رسالة من جمعية الشبان المسلمين "بدماص دقلهية" وموقعه باسم ... يشكون فيها من بعض مشايخ الطرق الذين يجوبون البلاد بزعم الدعوة إلى الدين والفضيلة ، وهم في الواقع يجوبونها لأخذ العوائد وبث الخرافات ويحملون اتباعهم في سبيل الاحتفاء بهم فوق الطاقة وربما يقترضون المال بالربا الفاحش لعمل "عزائم" قد تبلغ تكالفيها أكثر من ثلاث جنيهات ، ثم يعتقدون أنه في حال عدم عمل العزومة ودفع العوائد ، قد يحصل لهم وموت جاموسة أو خلافه ، وتسألنا هذه الجمعية أو المتكلم باسمها رأينا في هذا وفي "أخذ العهد" أهو حرام أم حلال ؟ " ، وكان الجواب : " وإننا في الإجابة على هذا : إن من الكبائر أن يلزم الرجل نفسه بما لا يستطيع ، وإن من أشنع الجرائم أن يقترض بالربا لأجل الاحتفال برجل يَتَزَيَّا بزيّ رجال الدين وربما كان من كبائر المجرمين ، لأنه لو كان صالحًا حقًّا لما رضي لأتباعه بالوقوع في جريمة الربا ، ولما أخذ على إرشاده ووعظه "أجرًا" ... وأما الاحتجاج بأنه يأخذ "العادة" ولو من طريق الربا ليعطيها لآخرين من غير البلد ، فهذا حرام في الشرع ، وأما الضرر الذي يقع على من لم يؤد "العادة" فهو ضرر موهوم منشؤه وساوس الشياطين في رءوس "المغفلين" ... وأما مسألة "العهد" فلابأس منه إذا جر نفعًا ، ولا خير فيه إذا جلب ضرًّا – كما يحصل في عهود بعض المرتزقة - ... " إ.هــ .

[الشَّيخ سمير سمراد – حفظه الله] : لقد نشر الإمام ابن باديس الاستفتاء وجوابه ، في مجلته ، لغرض قصده ، وكأني به لم يرتض جواب ذاك المفتي ، الذي شدد في التحذير من تلكم الشرور الظاهرة ، في حين تساهل في حكم أعظم تلكم الشرور ، بل في مسببها ومولِّدها ، فقام الإمام بواجب البيان ، وجلَّى الحقيقة التي جهلها ذاك المفتي ، أو غابت عنه !

قال الإمام ابن باديس رحمه الله :

" ش: أخذ العهد الطرقي بدعة لم يفعلها السلف الصالح رحمهم الله ، وهي الذريعة لكل ما ذكره في السؤال وأجاب عنه ولغيره ، فهي حرامٌ لِبدْعِيَّتَهَا والتَّذَرُّعِ بها للشر والفساد والضرر " إ.هــ .

[الشَّيخ سمير سمراد – حفظه الله] : وهذا الذي صرح به الإمام ، هو الذي قدمناه سابقًا من كون "الانخراط في طريقة" ، و "إعطاء العهد لأحد شيوخها" : أمرٌ محرمٌ ، لأنه بدعةٌ ، هذا أولاً .

وثانيًا : لأنه ذريعةٌ لشرورٍ عظيمةٍ في الدين والدنيا .

لذا قال الإمامُ في سياقٍ آخر : " والطرق حيثما كانت فهي تكأة وملجأ البدع والخرافات " (1)
