مصر على مشارف حرب أهلية

رأت صحيفة 'جولف نيوز' الإماراتية الناطقة باللغة الإنجليزية أن حالة الاضطراب السياسي المستعصية التي تشهدها مصر الآن بعد الإعلان الدستوري الذي أصدره الرئيس 'محمد مرسي' ووصلت لحد مهاجمة مقار جماعة الإخوان المسلمين تنذر بدخول مصر في حرب أهلية. وتحت عنوان 'مرسي يهدر المصداقية التي إكتسبها بشق الأنفس'، قالت الصحيفة إنه في البداية كان الشعب المصري يحمل كل مشاعر التقدير للرئيس محمد مرسي باعتباره الرجل الذي يستحق مكانة حقيقية في الداخل والخارج، إلا أنه سرعان ما أفسد كل ذلك باستيلائه على السلطة.

وأضافت :'سبق وتعهد مرسي كأول رئيس منتخب ديمقراطيا في مصر، بدعم مبادئ الثورة الديمقراطية وأقسم أنه سيكون رئيسا لجميع المصريين، ولكن سرعان ما سقطت تلك الكلمات دون جدوى عند معظم الليبراليين والعلمانيين والأقباط، حيث أنهم شككوا في قدرته على تسليط أجندته الإسلامية، والتي تلعب دورا صغيرا نحو الديمقراطية، وشككوا أيضا في قدرته على وضع الإقتصاد على المسار الصحيح، وجذب ثقة المستثمرين والحفاظ على العلاقة القوية مع القوى الغربية، ولكن في المقابل كان هناك العديد من صفوف المعارضة على إستعداد لاتخاذ موقف الإنتظار والمراقبة'.

وتابعت :' سبق وأثبت مرسي لمنتقديه أنهم على خطأ، عندما أقال كبار مسؤولي المجلس العسكري، وهي الخطوة التي أيدها معظم المصريين الذين ظلوا يعانون كثيرا من الحكم العسكري، وأصبح مرسي أكثر جرأة'.

وأشارت إلى أنه لم يتوقف مرسي عند هذا الحد ليُحكم بقبضة من حديد، بل أنه حاول تحويل عدد من الأوامر التنفيذية التي لا تحظى بشعبية، حيث أنه حاول إعادة البرلمان الذي يهيمن عليه الإسلاميون، في تحد لقرار صادر عن المحكمة العليا في مصر.

وفي مقابل مهارات وساطته في وقف إطلاق النار في غزة، قد تلقى الإمتنان ليس فقط من حماس والمصريين، ولكن أيضا من تل أبيب وواشنطن، ولكن تغير الوضع داخليا رأسا على عقب عندما أصدر الإعلان الدستوري يوم الخميس الماضي وجعل البلاد في حالة غليان، والتي تشير إلى أن مرسي الآن هو الحاكم المطلق لمصر، وهو الفرعون الجديد.

وأوضح أنه أثار غضب القضاة عندما أعلن للمرة الثانية إقالة النائب العام 'عبد المجيد محمود' وشجبوا مرسوم باسم 'هجوم غير مسبوق على إستقلال السلطة القضائية'، ودعا نادي القضاة إلى العصيان حتى يتراجع الرئيس عن قراراته.

وقد شهدت البلاد منذ صدور القرارات العديد من المظاهرات المعارضة للقرارات في جميع أنحاء البلاد، جنبا إلى جنب مع المسيرات التي نظمتها جماعة الإخوان المسلمين لتأييد قرارات الرئيس.

وأصدر 'محمد البرادعي'، المدير العام السابق لهيئة الطاقة الذرية، تحذيرا شديد اللهجة أنه في حال عدم تراجع مرسي، سيضطر الجيش إلى التدخل، ورأت الصحيفة أن الهجمات على مقرات جماعة الإخوان المسلمين في عدة مدن تزيد من خطر نشوب حرب أهلية.
