قطر تحكم بالسجن المؤبد على شاعر بسبب قصيدة

أودت قصيدة بالشاعر القطري محمد بن الذيب إلى السجن المؤبد، بعد أن قضت محكمة أمن الدولة القطرية اليوم بالسجن المؤبد عليه، بتهمة التطاول على رموز الدولة والتحريض على الإطاحة بنظام الحكم عبر قصيدة رد بها على الشاعر خليل الشبرمي.

وترافع عن الذيب مجموعة من المحامين، منهم د.عبيد الوسمي ونجيب النعيمي بالإضافة إلى وفد من منظمة هيومن رايتس ووتش الدولية.

وتقدم المحامي النعيمي بطلب استئناف الحكم ووافق قاضي المحكمة على الطلب، كما قرر وفد منظمة هيومن رايتس وبقية المنظمات الحقوقية الاعتراض على الحكم لدى النائب العام.

ويأتي الحكم بعد أن أمضى ابن الذيب قرابة عام في السجن، ولقيت قضيته صدى واسعاً في الأوساط الثقافية والأدبية الخليجية والعربية.

وكان إعلاميون وشعراء وكتاب وجهوا أمس خطاباً إلى أمير دولة قطر ناشدوه إطلاق سراح الشاعر المعتقل وتعويضه عن الفترة التي قضاها في السجن.

يذكر أن عدداً كبيراً من الأوساط الثقافية والحقوقية والشعبية تفاعلت مع القضية على مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي، لا سيما أن محمد ابن الذيب من أشهر شعراء النبط الشعبي في العالم العربي.

قطر تحكم بالسجن المؤبد على شاعر أشاد بالربيع العربي

قال محامي شاعر متهم بالدعوة إلى الإطاحة بالحكومة القطرية إن موكله صدر في حقه حكم بالسجن المؤبد. وقال المحامي إن الحكم صدر في الوقت الذي غاب فيه الشاعر عن جلسة المحكمة حيث حبس في سجن انفرادي قرابة عام لم ير أسرته خلاله. وأشاد الشاعر محمد بن الذيب العجمي في قصائد شعرية بانتفاضات الربيع العربي.

قال محامي شاعر متهم بالدعوة إلى الاطاحة بالحكومة وانتقاد الامير إن محكمة في قطر التي تؤيد الانتفاضات في العالم العربي حكمت على موكله بالسجن المؤبد اليوم الخميس.
وأشاد محمد بن الذيب العجمي في قصائد شعرية بانتفاضات الربيع العربي التي أطاحت بحكام مستبدين في أربع دول عربية منذ أوائل العام الماضي وانتقد أمير قطر الشيخ حمد بن خليفة ال ثاني.
وقال محاميه نجيب النعيمي إن العجمي الذي لم يكن حاضرا في المحكمة حبس في سجن انفرادي قرابة عام لم ير أسرته خلاله.

واضاف النعيمي لرويترز بعد صدور الحكم ان هذا اجهاض صارخ للعدالة مضيفا أنه سيطعن فيه.

وكان العجمي يواجه اتهامات بالتحريض على قلب نظام الحكم وهي تهمة يمكن أن تصل عقوبتها إلى الاعدام. وينص قانون العقوبات القطري على الحكم بالسجن لمدة خمس سنوات على من ينتقد حاكم البلاد.

ونجت قطر من الاضطرابات التي شهدتها أجزاء اخرى من العالم العربي. وقطر حليفة مقربة للولايات المتحدة ومنتجة رئيسية للنفط والغاز في الخليج وتستضيف قاعدة عسكرية امريكية كبيرة.

وتمول الدوحة وتستضيف شبكة تلفزيون الجزيرة التي تغطي بنشاط الثورات العربية إلا أنها قدمت تغطية هزيلة لانتفاضة في العام الماضي في البحرين.

وتؤيد حكومة البحرين المعارضة المسلحة في سوريا وأيدت الانتفاضة المسلحة التي اطاحت بالزعيم الليبي الراحل معمر القذافي بدعم من حلف الأطلسي. وأيدت أيضا احتجاجات الشوارع التي أطاحت بحكام مصر وتونس واليمن.

لكن حرية التعبير تخضع لرقابة مشددة في قطر حيث تفرض الصحف الوطنية ووسائل الاعلام الاخرى على نفسها رقابة ذاتية. ولا توجد معارضة سياسية منظمة في هذا البلد.

وفي اكتوبر تشرين الاول انتقدت منظمة هيومن رايتس ووتش ما قالت انه ازدواجية المعايير فيما يتعلق بحرية التعبير في قطر وحثت الامير على عدم المصادقة على مسودة قانون للاعلام يجرم انتقاد الدولة الخليجية وجاراتها.
