محامٍ تركي يرفع دعوى على نجل أرييل شارون بتهمة إرتكاب جريمة ضد الإنسانية

رفع محامٍ تركي دعوى جنائية في إسطنبول ضد الضابط الإسرائيلي جلعاد شارون، إبن رئيس الوزراء الإسرائيلي الأسبق أرييل شارون، بتهمة إرتكاب جريمة ضد الإنسانية، وذلك بعد أن أدلى بتصريحات دعا فيها إلى تسوية قطاع غزة بالأرض مقترحاً قصف غزة بقنبلة نووية.

وذكرت وكالة أنباء الأناضول الرسمية التركية أن المحامي التركي آدم يلديريم تقدّم بشكوى جنائية إلى مكتب النائب العام بإسطنبول ضد جلعاد شارون متهماً إيّاه بارتكاب جريمة ضد الإنسانية.

وفي تصريح صحفي، قال يلديريم -الذي سبق أن شارك في دعوى سفينة مرمرة ضد سلطات إسرائيل- إن تصريحات شارون الإبن يجب إعتبارها جريمة حرب وجريمة ضد الإنسانية، مشيراً إلى أن فلسطين تعيش مأساة إنسانية، وأن الجيش الإسرائيلي "يمارس إرهاب الدولة" ويلجأ إلى كافة الأساليب بهدف إبادة الفلسطينيين.

وأضاف المحامي التركي أن المجتمع الدولي، وعلى رأسه الأمم المتحدة، لا يرد بالشكل الكافي على الممارسات الإسرائيلية التي وصفها بالظالمة، معتبراً أن العالم يغض الطرف عن إنتهاك إسرائيل للقوانين الدولية وإعتداءاتها على الفلسطينيين.

وقال يلديريم في حديثه للصحفيين "أنا كفرد واحد، أتحمل مسؤوليتي من أجل فلسطين والإنسانية جمعاء"، مشيراً إلى أنه تقدّم بالشكوى الجنائية لمعاقبة جلعاد شارون جراء إرتكابه جريمة ضد الإنسانية.

وكان شارون الإبن قد طالب بتسوية غزة بالأرض إبان العدوان الإسرائيلي الأخير على القطاع، مستشهدا باستخدام الأميركيين للقنبلة النووية ضد اليابان في الحرب العالمية الثانية، وقال إن الأمريكيين لم يكتفوا بتدمير هيروشيما لأن اليابان لم تستسلم بالسرعة المطلوبة، فقرروا ضرب ناغازاكي أيضاً بقنبلة نووية.

وسبق لرئيس الوزراء التركي رجب طيب أردوغان أن تحدث الأسبوع الماضي عن ضرورة رفع شكوى جنائية ضد جلعاد شارون بتهمة التحريض على ضرب الفلسطينيين بسلاح نووي.
