حرب غزة نفذت بمعدات بريطانية

إتهمت منظمات حقوقية وحركات مناهضة لصناعة الأسلحة شركات بريطانية مجددا بالتواطؤ في تصنيع وتوريد مكونات حربية لطائرات أف 16 الأمريكية التي استخدمتها إسرائيل في هجومها الأخير على قطاع غزة.

وقالت منظمة "سحق إيدو" إن طائرات أف 16 التي يتم تزويدها وتسليحها بتكنولوجيا من شركة "أم بي أم إيدو" نفذت خلال الحملة الإسرائيلية الأخيرة على قطاع غزة مئات الهجمات, وهو ما أفضى لدى إستخدام تلك التكنولوجيا إلى مقتل عشرات الأطفال الفلسطينيين.

وقالت المنظمة أيضا إن "أم بي أم إيدو" لعبت دورا واضحا في سلسلة عمليات إستيراد وتصدير تحملت بمحصلتها من جرائم إسرائيل في غزة.

وأكدت المنظمة أن الحكومة البريطانية لم تفعل شيئا لوقف ذلك على الرغم من الإلتزامات القانونية والدولية ولوائح ومعايير تصدير الأسلحة البريطانية.

ومعلوم أن محكمة بريطانية كانت قد إستجوبت قبل عامين بول هيلز العضو المنتدب في شركة "أم بي أم إيدو" لمدة خمسة أيام بشأن الأدلة التي جمعتها مجموعة "سحق إيدو" على مدى سنوات والتي كشفت شبكة معقدة من التعاون السري بين شركات تصنيع الأسلحة في بريطانيا والولايات المتحدة وإسرائيل.

بدورها إعتبرت المنظمة العربية لحقوق الإنسان في بريطانيا أن هذه الدولة تصدّر معدات حربية ومكونات ذات طابع عسكري ساهمت في الفتك بأرواح الأبرياء في العدوان الأخير على قطاع غزة.

وأكدت المنظمة أن إبرام عقود لدعم إسرائيل بالسلاح بطريق مباشر أو غير مباشر وبشروط أو بغير شروط يعتبر مشاركة في جرائم حرب أو جرائم ضد الإنسانية، وهو ما يجعل المسؤولين عن هذه العقود عرضة للمساءلة الجنائية الدولية.

ودعت المنظمة الحكومة البريطانية ودول الإتحاد الأوروبي إلى وقف التعاون العسكري مع إسرائيل باعتبار أن ذلك واجب أخلاقي وقانوني في ضوء إتساع رقعة الجرائم التي ترتكبها إسرائيل دون وازع ورغم الإدانات الواسعة.

وتقول المنظمات الحقوقية إنها جمعت الأدلة التي تظهر كيف تستخدم شركة" أم بي أم إيدو" واجهة تجارية بالولايات المتحدة لتوريد مكونات لطائرات أف 16 لإسرائيل، مع العلم أن القانون البريطاني يجرم تصدير عناصر ومكونات الأسلحة التي يمكن إستخدامها بالضفة الغربية المحتلة وقطاع غزة.

وقال الناطق الرسمي باسم مجموعة "سحق إيدو" أندرو بيكيت إنه على الرغم من سياسة إسرائيل الصارمة لإخفاء تفاصيل أسلحتها التقليدية والنووية ومنظومات الأسلحة, فقد تمكنت جماعته الحقوقية بنجاح إعتبارا من عام 2004 من جلب مديري مصانع الأسلحة إلى المحاكم وإستجوابهم وفضحهم على الملأ.

وأكد بيكيت أن مصنع إيدو لديها التصميم الوحيد لحامل الطرد (ver-2) لقنابل طائرات أف 16 الإسرائيلية، مع العلم أن ترخيص التصنيع يظهر بوضوح أن شركة "أم بي أم إيدو" هي الشركة الوحيدة التي تمتلك حقوق تصنيع هذا النوع من المعدات.

من جانبه قال محمد جميل نائب المنظمة العربية لحقوق الإنسان إنه بعد الحرب التي شنتها إسرائيل على قطاع غزة نهاية عام 2008 وبداية 2009 ظهرت روايات تفيد بأن المملكة المتحدة ألغت خمس رخص تصدير أسلحة إلى إسرائيل، إلا أن المعلومات الرسمية الصادرة عن وزارة الدفاع البريطانية تؤكد أن صادرات الأسلحة كما ونوعا لم تتغير، بل هي في تصاعد منذ عام 2008.

وأضاف أن هذا الأمر تأكد مجددا من خلال بيان أصدرته وزارة الخارجية البريطانية بتاريخ 10 فيفري 2011، حيث أكدت فيه أنه "منذ وصول حكومة الائتلاف إلى السلطة فإنه لا تغيير على سياسة تصدير الأسلحة إلى إسرائيل".

وأوضح جميل أن الحكومة البريطانية تزعم أن تصدير الأسلحة إلى إسرائيل مشروط بعدم إستخدام هذه الأسلحة في الأراضي المحتلة، إلا أن الحقائق على الأرض تؤكد أن إعلان مثل هذه الشروط غرضه دعائي، فالأدلة والبراهين المتوفرة تؤكد أن هذه الأسلحة أستعملت ولا تزال للفتك بالفلسطينيين, وهو ما إعترف به وزير الخارجية البريطاني السابق ديفد ميليباند في كلمه له داخل البرلمان البريطاني عام 2009 بعد أشهر من وقف الحرب الدموية على قطاع غزة.
