السلام عليكم و رحمة الله و بركاته

اعلم انني روطار لكنني لم اجد وقتاااااا لطرح السؤال :2:

من يومين شاهدت نشرة الأخبار ..و تابعت كيف انهم خصصوا للبدو الرحل روبورتاج يتحدث حول عملية انتخابهم ...كانت تلك العملية مهمة جداا بالنسبة للطرفين ..و رايت الفرحة في اعين المنتخبين الرحل و هم يصوتون ...صدقوني تقطع قلبي و قلت في نفسي لما يتذكرونهم دوماا اولا بـ72 ساعة عن موعد الانتخااااب ..مؤسف أن يتحدثون عنهم سوى في مثل هكذااا حدث....و كأنهم يستغلون سذاجتهم ....

اي ثمااار جنوها هؤلاء الرحل من انتخابهم ...و هل هناك حقوق قانونية يمكن للرحل ان يطالبوا بهااااا؟؟؟....(آسفة ربما ليس الوقت المناسب للحديث عن هذاااا لكنني تاع الصح حابة نفهم )

ولكن إسمحي لي البدو الرحل ليسوا سذج لكي يستغلونهم
فالبدو على درجة عاليه من الذكاء
وهو ذكاء نقي صافي لم تشوهه أي شوائب
ولكن لما ننظر لدوله على أنها تستغلهم
لو كانت الدوله تريد إستغلالهم لستغلتهم بدون تسليط الضوء عليهم
لا بالعكس انا لا أرى في الموضوع إستغلال
بل أراه أنهم يريدون أن يبينوا لهم حقوق إحتمال يكونوا يجهلونها
ويريدوا أن يشاركوهم حقوقهم القانونيه بإختياراتهم

نعم اخ انور قد تكون طِيبة البدو الرّحل مختلطة بعفوية و بساطة جعلتهم يبدون نوايا كما نقول بالعامية و لو انني اعتذر عن اللفظ الغير مقصود ...
لكن و الله لم افهم !!!اي حقوق هي التي محتمل الحصول عليهاااا ..و من سنين طوال و نحن نشاهدهم في راس القائمة في ايام الانتخابات و في اخر القائمة حين الكلام عن الحقوق !!!

نجدهم برأس القائمه بأيام الإنتخابات و لا نجدهم أصلا أحيانا
حين الكلام عن الحقوق
ولكن لنتفق اننا نلومهم لأنهم ممثلين الشعب وموكلين لدفاع عن حقوقنا
من غير ما نطلبها
ولكن حينما لا نجدهم يقمون بهذا
لما لا نتلكم ولما لا نحتج على وجودهم أصلا
المشكله فينا نحن

تأكدي أن الشعب هو مصدر السلطات وهو مراقب السلطات
إن كان رئيس بلديه فاشل او متهرب من حقوقنا
فيجب علينا أن نقف له ونطالبه بحقوقنا
ويجب ان نحتج عليه بكل الطرق السلميه المشروعه القانونيه
فتأكدي نحن أصبحنا بزمن سريع جداا
واحتجاجانا هذا سيصل لأكبر السلطات وستتم معاقبته أو إستبداله
يجب أن نتعلم لغة الدفاع عن حقوقنا
هذا ما يجب أن يكون

لكن نحن الكل يقول
وانا مالي واش دخلني انا

هذه مشكلتنا سيدتي
ان لم تكن المشكله منه فمنا

في الواقع قرأة الموضوع فتحركت مواجع قديمة و كذا جديدة فقرأة الرد الاول فضحكت
و قد أكون بذلك قد طبق المثل القائل هم يبكي و هم يضحك .
أنا شخصيا لا ارى ان دولتنا ترى الشعب كله (جايو على عينو العورة) الا في وقت الانتخابات يجي على عينو الصحيحة و لا ادري ان كان سذاجة البدو الرحل محصورة عليهم أم تعمم على الشعب كله . واذا قلنا على البدو الرحل فماذا بالله عليك نقول على الطبقات المثقفة ؟؟؟؟
و اذا كانت ورقة الانتخاب اصبحت تأشيرة (باش تدي دار) داخلية... وبها قد تدي حقوق او تسلب.
و هي حقك يا مواطن ؟ واش بيك
طيب و حقي في الخدمة و في الدار و في الصحة و في كي نحب نخرج ورقة من البلدية نحس روحي كي الك..........ب بلاك هو خير في هاذ البلاد
و نهار الى تحب تحرق للخارج نرجعك و نحطك في الحبس يعني ماش عارف على واش هربت .... انا هارب منك و نقول غير كون حكومت في الجيهة الاخرى على الاقل ما يحطونيش في الحبس ؟؟؟؟؟؟ يعني بلاد الناس ارحم عليا حتى من بلادي ....

كثيرا ما فكرت في حال البدو الرحل و من أين لهم تلك الفرحة و هم لا يحتاجون رئيس بلدية و لا رئيس دائرة و لا حتى الوالي فالإنسان منهم يحمل بيته فوق راحلته و يجتاز الصحاري إذا أمسى في ولاية ربما يصبح في ولاية أخرى فما يجعله يحرص على الإنتخاب ربما هم الذين بقو على سجيتهم لا يحتجون إلا لعون الخالق.
