138 دولة وافقوا علي ذلك
9 دول رفضوا ذلك
41 دولة امتنعت علي التصويت

فلسطين الآن الدولة رقم العضوية في الأمم المُتحدة 194

العضوية تعني

العضو يُدعى إلى كافة الاجتماعات ويقدم الاقتراحات ويناقش ويستطيع التصويت

أما الدولة المراقبة فتمتلك ذات الحقوق دون امتلاك حق التصويت

حيث سيتم للمرة الأولى تحويل فلسطين من كيان مراقب إلى دولة فلسطين المراقب في الأمم المتحدة

وهذا أمر مهم جداً حيث ان هذا القرار الدولي يعطينا الاهلية بالانضمام لاكثر من 18 منظمة وهيئة دولية ، وخصوصاً محكمة الجنايات الدولية ومحكمة العدل الدولية بعد استيفاء شروط العضوية لكل منظمة على حده ، ويحكم عمل محكمة الجنايات الدولية الذي ينص في حال قيام دولة الاحتلال بنقل جزء من سكانها الى الأراضي التي تحتلها تعتبر جريمة حرب يعاقب عليها القانون الدولي وهذا الأمر ينطبق على الاستيطان على أرض دولة فلسطين المحتلة .

اسباب تصويت كندا ضد قرار رفع تمثيل الفلسطينيين الى دولة بصفة مراقب غير عضو فى الامم المتحدة:
1- تعتبر الجالية اليهودية فى كندا ثانى جالية من حيث العدد فى العالم بعد الولايات المتحدة حيث يبلغ عدد اليهود فى كندا الى مليون و اريعمائة الف يهودى
2- يرجع تاريخ اليهود فى كندا الى 1760م و هوتاريخ سيطرة بريطانيا على كندا
حيث يعتبر الوجود اليهود فى كندا نتيجة للاستعمار الانجلو سكسونى على العالم الجديد فى امريكا الشمالية وبالتالى فهى تلتقى فى موقفها مع الولايات المتحدة الامريكية و بريطانيا
3- يسيطر اليهود على معظم مرافق الاقتصاد و الاعلام فى كندا، و تعتبر الجالية اليهودية من اثرى الجاليات فى كندا فهم من يصنعون الساسة و الاحزاب فى كندا

نامل ان تكون فلسطين خطت خطوةالى الامام اظافة الى الخطوة العسكرية الكبيرة التي خطتها في غزوة حجارة السجيل
