تشتهر منطقة بلاد الحرمين بإنتاج أجود أنواع التمور
ولذلك يعتبر التمر وجبة غذائية كاملة لما فيه من فوائد لا تعد ولا تحصى
كان النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم يجعله مع الماء أو اللبن وجبة يقطع بها جوعة
ولقد أمر الله به مريم عليها السلام حيث كانت تضع سيدنا عيسى عليه السلام
وهو الفاكهة الوحيدة التي حرم منها الشيطان فهو لا يشاركنا فيها
يدخل في قائمة الضيافة ويتصدرها
ومن عاشر المستحيلات ألا نتناوله يوميا
بل حتى أطفالنا في الأربعين نمرسه لهم مع الماء ونصفيه ونرضعهم إياه
قيمته الغذائية عالية جدا
ونعتبره وقود في الشتاء حيث يبعث الدفء ويزيد من مقاومة البرد الصحراوي القارس
مع هذا تعلمنا أن نصنع منه بعض الأطباق الشهية
والتي سأدرجها لأخواتي هنا
لتبادل الخبرات حيث حقاً استفدت مما يطرح هنا من أكلات شعبية

أصبع زبدة
مقدار ملء الكفين تمر يستحب أن يكون من النوع الناشف المجفف يشق وينقع
كوب دقيق مخلوط بر وأبيض على أن يكون الأكثر هو البر أي الدقيق الأسمر
كوب لبن
ملح وسمسم وحبة سوداء وممكن قليل من الفانيليا للنكهة حسب الرغبة

يحمس الدقيق قليلاً على النار حتى يتغير لونه
ثم تضاف الزبدة ونضع التمر ونقلبه حتى يلين قليلاً
ثم يضاف اللبن والسمسم وحبة البركة ويترك قليلاً على النار
ثم يقدم إفطار في الصباح قبل الذهاب لعمل

وبالهناء والعافية

ممكن استبدال التمر بنوع أخر طري حتى يمتزج مع العجينة ويكون له طعم مختلف
إحنا نقدمه مع القهوة العربية
