أولمرت يهاجم نتنياهو لوقفه عملية "عامود السحاب"

إتهم رئيس الوزراء الإسرائيلي الأسبق، أيهود أولمرت الرئيس الفلسطيني الراحل ياسر عرفات بأنه لم يكن شريكا للسلام، خلافا لأبو مازن. وقال أولمرت خلال كلمة له في منتدى الثري الأمريكي، حاييم سبان، في نيويورك، ليلة أمس السبت:" إنه كان عرض خلال المفاوضات مع الجانب الفلسطيني، خلال ولايته رئيسا للحكومة، على رئيس السلطة الفلسطينية، محمود عباس، خريطة مفصلة تتضمن تبادل أراضي محتمل بين الطرفين، وأن الأخير وافق على مراجعتها والرد عليها. وأضاف أنه صحيح أن الفلسطينيين لم يوافقوا على الإقتراح المفصل والشامل الذي عرض عليهم إلا أنهم أيضا لم يرفضوها". وقال أولمرت خلال كلمته في المنتدى الذي شارك فيه أيضا وزير خارجية إسرائيل، أفيغدور ليبرمان، ووزيرة الخارجية الأمريكية هيلاري كلينتون، ورئيس حكومة السلطة الفلسطينية، سلام فياض إن أصعب "لحظة في حياتي كانت، بعد أن كنت حاربت طيلة حياتي للحفاظ على القدس موحدة، هي عندما قلت لأبي مازن إني مستعد للسماح والقبول بسيادة دولية على المناطق المقدسة في القدس. لا يمكنني أن أصف حجم الألم الذي شعرت به عندها، ولكن أنت تنتخب رئيسا للحكومة لاتخاذ قرارات أليمة وليس للانشغال بالأمور السخيفة". وأضاف:" يجب أن تكون الأحياء العربية تحت سيادة فلسطينية، لقد قرأت التوارة مرات ولا أذكر أننا كيهود صلينا باتجاه العيسوية أو جبل المكبر أو أبو ديس".

وزعم أولمرت أنه كان وافق في السابق على المبادرة العربية لحل قضية اللاجئين الفلسطينيين، مدعيا أن الفرضية الدولية بأن إسرائيل لن تقبل بالتعامل مع ملف اللاجئين، هي فرضية خاطئة.

وحمل أولمرت في كلمته على سياسة حكومة نتنياهو، وخاصة وقف عدوان "عامود السحاب" مدعيا أنه كان بمقدور نتنياهو أن يحقق أكثر من ذلك لو توفر له التأييد الدولي الذي توفر لحكومته هو خلال عدوان الرصاص المصبوب.

كما أعلن أولمرت عن معارضته للأصوات الأمريكية التي دعت إلى فرض عقوبات على السلطة الفلسطينية في الوقت الذي يحول فيه أمير قطر 400 مليون دولار لسلطة حماس في القطاع. ودعا أولمرت الولايات المتحدة إلى تقديم الدعم لمن وصفهم بأنهم "يحاربون الإرهاب" وهم أبو مازن وسلام فياض، حتى يتمكنوا من السير قدما في عملية السلام.
