العراق: تزوج الثانية واحصل على مكافأة مالية كبيرة

خلفت ظروف الاحتلال الأمريكي الغربي للعراق والاضطرابات السياسية هناك ظروفا مأساوية خطيرة نجم عنها انضمام مئات الآلاف من النساء لطابور العوانس، هذا بخلاف ملايين المطلقات والأرامل.
وكردة فعل لهذه المأساة، دعا عدد من منظمات المجتمع المدني العراقي وبعض عضوات مجلس محافظة الأنبار الرجال العراقيين المتزوجين والشبان في المحافظة المضطربة إلى القبول بمبدأ تعدد الزوجات، بهدف المساعدة على خفض نسبة النساء المطلقات والعوانس والأرامل، بحسب التقرير الذي كتبه الصحفي عثمان المختار ونشرته صحيفة "العرب "القطرية.
وجاءت الدعوة بعد تسجيل منظمات المجتمع المدني في الأنبار أرقاماً مخيفة في عددهن تصل لأكثر من 130 ألف امرأة، وقالت رابعة محمد النايل، عضو مجلس محافظة الأنبار: "إن الدعوة لتعدد الزوجات لا تأتي من منطلق إسلامي فقط، وإنما لأسباب اجتماعية وإنسانية، تتمثل في محاولة إيجاد حياة جديدة لتلك الشريحة التي فقدت الزوج أو تقدم بها العمر وظلت في بيت شقيقها أو والدها دون زواج، فضلاً عن إفرازات الأوضاع الأمنية والتفجيرات وما خلفته من مآسٍ".
وتابعت "هناك حوافز مادية للرجال لهذا المشروع، وهي تقديم ألفي دولار أميركي للرجل الذي يتزوج بواحدة من المطلقات أو الأرامل أو العوانس، و5 آلاف دولار للذي يتزوج بالثالثة أو الرابعة؛ للمساعدة على سد تكاليف الزواج ونفقة العرس".

كيف تجعل زوجتك مكتئبة

أظهرت دراسة علمية أمريكية أن الزوج العدواني حاد الطباع والمزاج، قد يدفع بزوجته نحو الإصابة بالاكتئاب.
وقالت معدة الدراسة، الباحثة كريستين بروكس من جامعة ميسوري: "في هذه الدراسة، عدائية وحدة طباع الأزواج ارتبطت بشكل واضح بتزايد أعراض الاكتئاب بين الزوجات."
وأضافت: "كلما تزايدت حدة طباع الزوج وسلوكياته المعادية للمجتمع، كلما ازداد اكتئاب الزوجة."
وفي هذه الدراسة، راقب الباحثون مقطع فيديو مدته 20 دقيقة للحياة اليومية لـ416 زوجاً وزوجة، جرى ترميز الشريط على نوعين من السلوكيات: السلوك المعادي للمجتمع ( anti-social behaviors )، وهي للأشخاص الأنانيين، واللا مبالين،، والثاني للتصرفات العدائية: وهي للغضب والانتقادات اللاذعة والرفض، كما يندرج الصراخ في وجه الزوجة أو مقاطعتها أثناء الحديث، تحت هذا الإطار.
ودُعي المشاركين في الدراسة للإبلاغ عن أعراض اكتئاب بعد مشاهدة الفيديو.
وقالت برولكس إن النتائج تشير إلى أن معاملة الأزواج لزوجاتهم تنعكس بقوة على نفسياتهن، وأن للسلوك العدائي أو الطباع الحادة، تأثير دائم على الزوجين يستمر طيلة فترة الزواج.
وفي المقابل، لم يجد الباحثون أدلة تربط بين سلوكيات الزوجة الحادة وإصابة الزوج بالاكتئاب، بحسب الدراسة، وفي هذا الإطار عقبت برولكس بالقول: "ربما لأنهن أكثر حساسية من الأزواج، عندما يتعلق الأمر بالعنف في الحياة الزوجية."
وتصنف منظمة الصحة العالمية الاكتئاب على أنه رابع أكبر مسبب للانقطاع عن العمل في العالم، وهي ترجح أن يصبح ثاني أكبر مسبب في عام 2020
