ترددت كثيرا في كتابة هذا الموظوع ولكني وجدت نفسي مجبرة على طرحه واتمنى ان نتناقش فيه لانه مهم جدا و يطرح معانات سيدة وهي تطلب منكم النثاش البناء والحياد المطلق سواء من الرجال او النساء.

هي سيدة تعرفت على زوجها ذات صيف من عام 2000 هي تقول انهما تزوجا عن حب ولكن يعد الزواج تغيرت معاملته لها وهي ذات 19 من عمرها ولم تكن تعرف عن الزواج سوى الاسم.كانت معاعلته لها قاسية,وبعد ان انجبا طفلهما الاول لم تعد معاملته لها كالسابق ولكن اصبحت اشد واقسى.

تروي لي والعهدة عليها انه لم يكن يظربها لكنه ينعتها بكلمات قاسية جدا, منذ ذلك الحين اخذت الهوة تتسع بينهما, تحدثت اليه مرارا وتكرارا ودائما تساله عن السبب ومالذي فعلته حتى يعاملها بهذه الطريقة فاخبرها انه ندم لزواجه ولتاسيسه عائلة وكل اصحابه لا يزالون يعيشون حياة الترف والمتعة.

تحملت منه الكثير في سبيل ان لا تخرب بيتها ولانها ترفظ فكرة الطلاق كليا.بعد مرور 7سنوات وهي تعاني من عدم مبالاته بها فقد اعتبرها مجرد زوجة على الورق وام ابنته لا اكثر ,لكن مشيئة الله كانت اقوى من كل شئء اذ انها وفي لحظة ظعف منهما حملت مرة اخرى وهنا زادت معانعتها وكانت اشد ايلاما من المرة الاؤلى لانه وطيلة ال9 اشهرلم ينظر في وجهها ولم يعطيها فلسا واحدا ولكم ان تتصوروا

انجبت له توام تركها في بيت اهلها ورحل من اجل العمل لكنه ظل 5سنواتلا يسال عنها او عن اولاده سوى بظع مكالمات تعد على الاصابع فقط.


هي الان ما تزال في بيت اهلها وقد كبر اولادها لكنهم لا يعرغون والدهم سوى عبر الهاتف فقط.طلبت منه ان ياخذها معه اين يعمل لكنه رفظ رفظا مطلقا يحجة ان المكان لا تتوفر فيه مدارس واقرب واحدة تبعد ب40 كلم عن مكان عمله وهي تعلم علم اليقين انه الف العيش يمفرده والهروب من المسؤلية لانها عندما تتذكر كلماته تقول لي جرح السنان لا جرح اللسان.

لو كان يظربني اهون من ان يجرحني بكلمات قاسية خاصة وانه يعلم من اكون.


اخواني اخواتي هل من حل لهذه الزوجة التعيسة لانها تهورت مرة وقامت يقطع شرايينها وانقظت في اخر لحظة.

...في الحقيقة يا أختي الكريمة موضوعك هذا يطرح في منتدى المشاكل و الحلول ، وهذا دور المشرفين للتوجيه بالطبع ،
أما عن وجهة نظري على أن هذه المرأة المسكينة حالتها أكثر من المرأة المطلقة ، ومن الغير المعقول يبقى ذلك الرجل بعيدا عن أهله تاركا أولاده وزوجته من غير سبب ولكن قبل أن يتخد أي قرار لابد أن يذهب أحد ولي الزوجة كالأب أو الأخ مثلا إلى عين المكان أقصد أين يعمل الزوج ويتحقق عن وضعيته و يسأل عنه ربما تظهر حقائق تكشف عن سبب معانات الزوجة طيلة هذه الفترة ،ومنه لو ثبت أن الزوج يخادع زوجته كانه متزوجا من إمرأة أخرى هنا لها الحرية بان تطلب الطلاق وجميع حقوقها أمام القضاء ، وتعيش حياة المطلقة خير لها بان تعيش حياة المرأة المعلقة المحرومة من حقوقها كزوجة وشكرا .

لكن في حالة صديقتك الطلاق ارحم من الذل حتى لو كان من اجل الاطفال

ايضا لابد لكبار العائلة ان يتدخلوا في الموضوع فاين والدها حين كان الاخر لا يلبي متطلباتها و يهملها و هي حامل ام بعد الزواج لا مسؤولية للاب عن ابنته؟؟؟؟؟؟؟؟؟؟؟؟؟؟؟؟؟؟؟؟؟ عجبا

اتمنى لها الخير و السلامة و ان تتخلص من معاناتها فحتى الطلاق سيجعلها تعرف قدرها خيرا من ان تبقى معلقة

فللاسف لا يزال هناك اشباه الرجال

لا حول ولا قوة إلا بالله . وإنا لله وإنا إليه راجعون .
مصيبة تلك التي تعيشها صديقتك ونعيشها في هذا الزمان . هل يعقل هذا . تا الله لو كنا في بلد يحكمه الإسلام لما ضاع حق هذه الولية المغلوب على أمرها . ولكن ما عسانا نقول .
- نصيحتي للأخت أن تجعل أملها في الله أكبر . ,ان تتضرع له وحده مخلصة له أن يجعل لها من أمرها مخرجا .
- ولتحاول قدر المستطاع أن تعيد زوجها إليها بما أتيح من الوسائل المشروعة . وإن أغلقت كل المنافذ فما عليها سوى أن تتوجه إلى العدالة بشكوى . فالأمر قد بلغ حدا لا يطاق . 5 سنوات دون أن يسأل عنها ...............حسبنا الله ونعم الوكيل

انا اؤيد الاخ ابو هبة يجب على ولي الزوجة ان يتوجه الى عين المكان المتواجد به الزوج فقط للتاكد لان القضية واضحة وضوح الشمس خصوصا عند تهربه من المسؤولية

قصتك هي ميلودرما كانت لتنتهي في بدايتها اضفيت لها زمن اكثر فاصبحت لعبة شاذة و هنا نتسال عن دور الاهل و في حل المواضيع الخلافية بين الزوجين ثم دور اهل الاصلاح ان وجدو

و هي نصيحة برغماتية ادا استحالت العشرة فلابد انهائها في و قتها و لا للتفكير ان احدى الطرفين سيعود لجادة صوابه
الزواج اليوم هو لغة جسدية بتوابل متعة جنسية متى انتهت مدة الصلاحية انتهى العقد
قليل هم من يفكرو في تكوين اسرة و العمل على بنائها وفق اسس صحيحة

هي الحياة لعب و لهو و تفاخر و تكاثر تم موت و عقاب و جزاء او فلاح
