إنتهت الإنتخابات المحلية و إنتهت معها أيام من الشد و الجذب و الجري في كل الإتجاهات لإستقطاب أكبر وعاء إنتخابي و ظهرت النتائج ففاز من فاز و خسر من خسر و هناك كثير ممن ينتظر ما تجود به تحالفات المصالح و الشكارة من الباطن ..إنطلقت منبهات السيارات معلنة فوز فلان و علان و كأننا نشهد أعراسا الكل فيها مبتهج ..و لكن مرة أخرى و ككل مرة إكتسح حزب المقاطعة فخرج فائزا بكل المعايرر ..قد يصور لنا البعض أن المقاطعة لا تجدي نفعا و أن الإقبال على العمل السياسي رغم ما تشوبه من شائبات في الجزائر هو الحل الأمثل و السبيل الأوحد لتحصيل التغيير المنشود و لمثل هؤلاء نقول عليكم أن تفرقوا بين العزوف و المقاطعة فالاول هو عدم إهتمام جذري بالسياسة و ما تتطلبه من عمل و تحضير و نضال سياسي اما الثاني فهو موقف سياسي قائم بحد ذاته ...موقف غالبية الشعب الجزائري الذي فهم أن ممارسة السياسة في ظل محيط متعفن بالرشوة و المحسوبية و البيروقراطية و أصحاب الشكارة هو إنتحار سياسي مسبق طالما أن الكواكب السياسية الجرداء تدور كلها في مجرة النظام المغلق ..المقاطعون فهموا أن لا جدوى من العمل السياسي و عدد الاحزاب الكرتونية في تزايد مستمر يتم إستدعائها كلما تقاطع الشعب مع إستحقاق إنتخابي ..اما ما بقي من أحزاب فيها نوع من العمل و الإجتهاد فهي تناقض نفسها بنفسها فتارة تتهم السلطة و الإدارة بالتزوير السابق و اللاحق للإنتخابات و رغم ذلك لا تتأخر عن موعد إنتخابي واحد ولا يضيرها أن تحتفل كل مرة بما حصلت عليه من مقاعد معدودة ..في إحدى بلديات العاصمة إكتسح مرشح حر كل الأحزاب سواء كانت كبيرة أو مجهرية ليتحل على غالبية ساحقة من المقاعد تتيح له البداية مباشرة في خدمة سكان بلديته من دون اللجوء إلى التحالف مع كيانات أخرى و الدخول في مفاوضات التنازل عن المناصب ..سكان تلك البلدية أوضح مثال على أن المواطن الجزائري البسيط يعرف أين ينتخب و أين يقاطع مقاطعة الموقف السياسي لا العزوف

المقاطعة كانت تعبر عن رأي صاحبها الرافض لسير شيء ما ، و تمثلت في عدم المشاركة فيه ، بينما العزوف كان عدم المشاركة تجاهلا أو يأسا ، و هو تعبير عن الرأي بشكل آخر،
و تبقى نقطة التقاطع بينهما هي الانسحاب الذي لا يعني إلا الهزيمة و الرضى بالواقع.
المقاطعون ، العازفون و المشاركون كلهم عبروا عن رأيهم بطريقة ما ، فأين الصواب؟
أين الصواب عندما تكون المشاركة ممن ليست لهم المؤهلات سوى انه صاحب مقاولة غشاش و مرتش او تاجر جشع لا سلعة لديه إلا الفساد؟
أين الصواب عندما يبيع المواطن او المواطنة مستقبل أبنائهما بدراهم معدودة او وعود شخصية دنيئة؟
لقد كان حريا بكم ذكر المشاركين المتحالفين فهم لم يحققوا مآربهم بالانتخاب فلجأوا للتحالف.
التحالف هو حجة المقاطعين و بينة العازفين.

مع كل الشكوك التي تدور حول نسبة المشاركة أصلا ..أنا شخصيا لا أظن أنها بلغت المستوى المصرح به من طرف السلطات المعنية
المهم ...الحمد لله الشعب الجزائري أصبح على قدر كبير من الوعي واستقال من المشهد السياسي منذ زمن..
والنظام أيضا لا يقل وعي عن الشعب إذ أنه أصبح يقر أنه طاب جنانو ...
ومنه المطلوب من المسؤولين الجزائريين أن يقدموا إستقالتهم الجماعية...
وهذا نزول إلى النتائج التي صرح بها الصندوق ...

من عجائب الاستخفاف بعقول الشعب من طرف النظام عندنا أن كل مرة يقدم )) حززيب )) جديد بديل لعميل قديم بات لا يقدم المطلوب ان أسلوب المقاطعة التي استبدلت بعملية التزوير ككل مرة تتم المقاطعة التي تبرر عدم الثقة في النظام ليس الأشخاص فقط الوافدين على المجالس أو المقاعد السؤال لماذ المقاطعة هي في الاصل بديل عن المعارضة الفعلية التي تركت مساحة شاغرة ولقد أثبتت الأيام المتعاقبة أن الأحزاب لا تمثل إلى حفنة من الإنتهازيين يتصارعون على البقاء في المجال السياسي ((ممارسة ))
حزب المقاطعة سيفقد صبره ويلعب دوره مثل ما حصل في بلدان مجاورة فهل النظام عندنا يستدرك ما فاته أم يدس رأسه في التراب .

ما يتم تجاهله هو أنه حتى في النسبة التي شاركت هناك قدر لابأس به من المستغفلين الذين عزف لهم على وتر العصبية .
شاهدت في مدينة عين المكان عندما كنت مارا يوم الإنتخاب عدد هائل من الدرك بالقبعات الزرقاء (وهنا أول مرة أرى تداخل بين القوى العمومية) أمام مراكز الإنتخاب في -عين المكان- لتنظيم عملية الإنتخاب مقابل عدد لا يحصي من المنتخبين يشكلون طابور من خمسة أشخاص و يمتد مئات الأمتار.
من حرك هذه النعرة ومن المستفيد.بكل براءة .......مانعرف.

في هاته الحالة علينا أن نتفق هل الإنتخاب حق أم واجب و هو الامر الذي يفسره كل حسب موقعه و نظرته بالنسبة لي على الأقل هو حق و واجب في نفس الوقت فيكون واجبا حينما أرى بيئة سياسية نقية تتنافح فيها الأفكار و البرامج لتخرج لنا أفضل المترشحين و القوائم و يصبح حقا أصيلا أتنازل عنه و أستبدله بالمقاطعة عندما أرى ان اللعبة السياسية متعفنة و اللعب فيها مغلق و صوتي فيها يكون مصادرا ..تحياتي
