مشتبه به في هجوم بنغازي يرفض مقابلة الـ"fbi"

رفض التونسي علي الحرزي- 26 عاما- المشتبه به في قضية مقتل السفير الأمريكي في ليبيا، مقابلة محققين أمريكيين من مكتب التحقيقات الفدرالي طلبوا الإستماع إليه كـ"شاهد" في القضية، على ما أفاد المحامي عبد الباسط بن مبارك.

وقال بن مبارك "طلب المحققون الأمريكيون الإستماع إلى علي الحرزي كشاهد، وليس كمتهم، وذلك دون حضور محاميه في مركز أمن القرجاني (وسط العاصمة تونس) لكنه رفض".

وأضاف "طلبنا من الحرزي عدم الإدلاء بأي أقوال إلى المحققين الأمريكيين".

ولم يتسن على الفور الحصول على توضيحات حول الموضوع من وزارة العدل التونسية التي يتولاها نور الدين البحيري القيادي في حركة النهضة الإسلامية الحاكمة.

وفي السادس من نوفمبر 2012، أعلن وزير العدل التونسي نور الدين البحيري أن "fbi" قدم إلى تونس طلب إنابة قضائية تتضمن "الحجج والبراهين" لتوجيه التهمة إلى علي الحرزي للاشتباه في مشاركته في هجوم إستهدف في 11 سبتمبر 2012 القنصلية الأمريكية في بنغازي (شرق ليبيا) وأسفر عن مقتل أربعة أمريكيين بينهم السفير كريس ستيفنز.

وأوضح الوزير أن fbi وجه عبر وزارة الخارجية التونسية، و"طبقا للقانون الدولي" إنابة عدلية أصلية وأخرى تكميلية "تقدم الحجج والبراهين وتطلب توجيه التهمة" إلى علي الحرزي، مشيرا إلى أن الإنابة العدلية الأمريكية لم تتضمن توجيه أسئلة إلى المتهم.

وقال الوزير إن قاضي التحقيق إستنطق الحرزي في 23 أكتوبر 2012 بحضور إثنين من محاميه، وأمر بإيداعه السجن في إنتظار إنهاء التحقيقات. وأضاف "لا يمكننا أن نقول إن (المتهم) إدانته ثابتة أو براءته ثابتة".

وكانت تركيا سلمت تونس منتصف أكتوبر تونسيين يشتبه في مشاركتهما في الهجوم على القنصلية الأمريكية في بنغازي.

وأعلنت وزارة العدل التونسية بعد ذلك أن "الإدارة الفرعية للقضايا الإجرامية" أحالت في 17 أكتوبر 2012 علي الحرزي على النيابة العامة بمحكمة تونس الابتدائية التي "أذنت بفتح بحث ضده لدى مكتب التحقيق للبحث فيما نسب إليه من جرائم".
