حوار سري بين إيران وأمريكا رغم التوتر بمياه الخليج

أكدت مصادر إيرانية مطلعة لقناة "العربية" أن مسؤولين إيرانيين رفيعي المستوى يجرون حواراً سرياً مع نظرائهم الأمريكيين عبر قنوات مختلفة، وقالت إن تصعيد التوتر الراهن بين القوات الإيرانية والقوات الأمريكية في مياه الخليج له صلة مباشرة بتلك الاتصالات رغم رفض الجانب الإيراني "رسمياً وفي وسائل الإعلام" مبادرة أمريكية للبدء في حوار مكشوف لبحث المسائل ذات الصلة. ‫

وأشارت المصادر إلى حوادث مماثلة جرت بين الجانبين وكانت تغطي على حوار ثنائي أو بالواسطة بين طهران وواشنطن، كان أبرزها قرار إيران القبول بقرار مجلس الأمن الدولي رقم 598 لوقف الحرب مع العراق، وذلك بعد إسقاط طائرة الإيرباص الإيرانية من قبل الفرقاطة الأمريكية "فينسنس" ومقتل ركابها البالغ عددهم 290 شخصاً بصاروخين في 3 يوليو/تموز من عام 1988.

ونقلت المصادر عن كبار قادة الحرس الثوري أنهم لا يمانعون إجراء محادثات سرية مع واشنطن لحل المسألة النووية، ولضمان مصالح إيران في سوريا ولبنان وإنهاء الأزمة السورية بما يرضي الجميع.

‫وتواجه إيران وضعاً اقتصادياً وسياسياً واجتماعياً هو الأخطر منذ قيام نظام الجمهورية الإسلامية، وأنها تحاول الإبقاء على نظام بشار الأسد حتى الانتخابات الرئاسية المقبلة في يونيو/حزيران عام 2013، بحسب تقارير حصلت عليها قناة "العربية".

وقد كشف السجال الانتخابي المبكّر بين المتنافسين الإيرانيين لخوض الانتخابات المقبلة عن زيارات سرية قام بها مستشارون كبار للمرشد علي خامنئي إلى واشنطن لبحث المسائل العالقة.

وقد نشرت وسائل الإعلام المحلية في هذا السياق اسم مستشار خامنئي للشؤون الدولية علي أكبر ولايتي، الذي يترأس أيضاً دعم ما تسميه طهران "الصحوة الإسلامية" في المنطقة. ‫

كما يطالب نواب من التيار الأصولي بمحاكمة الرئيس أحمدي نجاد لدعوته إلى حوار مفتوح مع واشنطن، أثناء مشاركته في اجتماعات الجمعية العامة للأمم المتحدة في سبتمبر/أيلول الماضي في نيويورك.

‫وكتبت مواقع محافظين متشددين أن الرئيس متورّط أيضاً بحوار سري مع واشنطن، يقوده صهره ومستشاره إسفنديار رحيم مشائي الذي يتحضر كما يبدو لخوض السباق الانتخابي المقبل. ‫
أحمدي نجاد: سندحر الأعداء

وفي هذا السياق توعّد الرئيس الإيراني محمود أحمدي نجاد في خطاب انتخابي مبكّر بأن الجمهورية الإسلامية في إيران ستدحر أعداءها إلى داخل حدودهم، حتى لو تمكنوا من الحصول على مواطئ أقدام خارج بلدانهم، في إشارة إلى التوتر القائم بين بلاده والولايات المتحدة في مياه الخليج، في ظل إنزال إيران طائرة أمريكية بلا طيار كانت تحلق فوق مياه الخليج.

‫ونقل التلفزيون الإيراني عن أحمدي نجاد قوله في تصريحات له، الثلاثاء، على‌ هامش مراسم تدشين المشاريع الصناعية بمحافظة أصفهان وسط إيران: "إن الشعب الإيراني يملك تاريخاً عريقاً يمتد الى 10 أضعاف تاريخ شعوب تلك الدول المعادية".

وأوضح أنه "من الممكن أن يتمكن الأعداء من الحصول على مواطئ أقدام خارج بلدانهم إلا أن الجمهورية الإسلامية بإيران ستدحرهم في نهاية المطاف، وتجبرهم على الانسحاب إلى داخل حدودهم".

‫وقال أحمدي نجاد، في إشارة إلى العقوبات الأمريكية والأوروبية المفروضة على إيران بسبب برنامجها النووي: "إن الشعب الإيراني تغلب على العقوبات.. وإن الأعداء عاجزون عن إدراك مواقف الشعب الإيراني وتطلعاته".

‫وتحدث أحمدي نجاد عن "دعم الولايات المتحدة للشاه السابق وحكومته المستبدة وتجهيز صدام وتحريضه لخوض الحرب ضد إيران بعد انتصار الثورة الإسلامية".

وأضاف: "في ذلك الوقت لم يكن هنالك أي وجود للقضايا النووية، والآن فإن طرح القضايا النووية ليس سوى ذريعة".
