وقت التحضير 15 دقيقة وقت الطهي 60 دقيقة تكفي لـ 4 أشخاص
لديك دعوةٌ على الغداء لأهلك أو لأهل زوجك، وأنت بحاجةٍ لطبخةٍ لذيذةٍ ومبهرةٍ للأنظار، أكلةٍ تثبت بأنك فنانةٌ في إعداد الطعام، إليك هذه الطريقة المبتكرة في إعداد الدجاج المشوي في الفرن مع الخضار طريقة عمل دجاج بالاكياس


المقادير
جزر مقشر ومقطع,2 حبة
ليمون مقشر ومقطع, حبة
أكياس خاصة بالفرن , كيس
بهارات , ملعقة صغيرة
زيت, دجاجة
ثوم مفروم قطع كبيرة,4 فص
بندورة مقشر ومقطع,2 حبة
بصل مقشر ومقطع,2 حبة
باذنجان مقشر ومقطع,3 حبة
بطاطا مقشر ومقطع,3 حبة
خل ,
ملح
فلفل , طريقة التحضير
- نغسل الدجاج بالماء والملح جيداً

- نضع الدجاجة في وعاءٍ كبيرٍ ونضيف إليها الفلفل والملح والثوم والخل والبهارات، ونتأكد من وصول المكونات إلى كل الدجاجة

- ننقع الدجاجة بالخلطة لمدة ساعتين

- نحضر كيس الشوي

- ندهن الدجاجة بالزيت، ونضعها بالكيس

- نضع كل من الباذنجان والبطاطا والبصل والبندورة والجزر والليمون في داخل الدجاجة التي في الكيس

- نغلق كيس الشوي بإحكام

- نضع الكيس داخل صينية الفرن، ونضعه بالفرن على نار متوسطة لمدة ساعة

- نخرج الكيس من الفرن ونفتحه بحذر خوفاً من البخار

- نخرج الدجاجة ونضعها في طبق التقديم ونضع الخضار حولها

- نأخذ المرق الذي خرج من الدجاج ونضع أيضاً فوق الدجاج للتغميس:19:
