مصطفى عبد الجليل يواجه عقوبة المؤبد

وجهت قبيلة العبيدات -التي ينتمي لها اللواء عبد الفتاح يونس الذي تولى مهمة رئاسة الأركان خلال الثورة الليبية، ثم أغتيل في ظروف غامضة- أصابع الإتهام في مقتل إبنها بالدرجة الأولى إلى أعضاء المجلس الإنتقالي الليبي سابقا وبالدرجة الأولى لرئيس المجلس مصطفى عبد الجليل، ونائب رئيس المكتب التنفيذي السابق علي العيساوي، ومسؤول ملف الأوقاف وشؤون الزكاة بالمكتب التنفيذي السابق سالم الشيخي، والقاضي جمعة بوجازية الذي أغتيل في مدينة بنغازي في جويلية الماضي.

وحسب مصادر في ليبيا فإن عائلة اللواء عبد الفتاح يونس هددت بأخذ ثأر إبنها بيدها في حال ما إذا استمرت حالة الجمود والتأخر في إجراء المحاكمات لكشف الحقيقة ومعاقبة المتهمين.

وتم إخطار مصطفى عبد الجليل بطلب القضاء العسكري للتحقيق معه في القضية، وأبدى مصطفى عبد الجليل إستعداده للمثول أمام النيابة العسكرية للإدلاء بأقواله فيما يتعلق بهذه القضية، وتم الطلب منه عدم السفر إلى الخارج إلى أن يدلي بأقواله.

وقال الأستاذ يوسف عقيلة، أحد محاميي الدفاع لعائلة يونس أن "وضعية مصطفى عبد الجليل ستتحدد فيما إن كان شاهدا أو متهما بعد الإدلاء بأقواله والتحقيق معه أمام النيابة العسكرية"، وأضاف "ستتحدد وضعيته بعد التحقيق، فهو المسؤول عن المرحلة السابقة، وإن تم إتهامه فسيجد نفسه أمام أحد إتهامين، هما إساءة إستعمال السلطة بما سبب الضرر للآخرين، أو التحريض على القتل ما أدى إليه"، وأشار إلى أنه لا يمكن إثبات الإتهام الثاني إلا بعد إستكمال التحقيقات مع مختلف المتهمين المطلوبين للعدالة. وفي حال ثبوت إتهام عبد الجليل بالتحريض على القتل، فإن عقوبته قد تصل إلى المؤبد أو حتى الإعدام، لكن جهات قضائية إستبعدت ذلك، كون الرجل حمل على عاتقه تسيير مرحلة مهمة من الثورة، وأي ثورة في العالم تشوبها أخطاء، لكن هذا لا يعني عدم معاقبة من أخطأ.

ووصف عدد من منظمات المجتمع المدني والأحزاب السياسية في ليبيا التحقيق السابق في مقتل عبد الفتاح يونس بأنه "لم يكن شفافا وتم في ظروف صعبة"، مؤكدا أنه "لم يتم إجلاء الحقائق للشعب الليبي"، ورأت هذه المنظمات والأحزاب أن هناك ضرورة لتشكيل "لجنة للتحقيق" في هذه الجريمة، وأكدت "رفضها بشدة اللجوء إلى القضاء العسكري"، معتبرة أن "القضاء الطبيعي لهذه القضية هو القضاء المدني"، مشددة على أن "هذا ما تؤكد عليه عائلة الفقيد، إذ أنهم يرغبون في معاقبة الجناة وليس غيرهم".

وتنظم قبيلة العبيدات إعتصاما داخل ميناء الحريقة في مدينة طبرق لمطالبة الحكومة بإظهار حقيقة القضية، وهدّدت القبيلة التي يبلغ قوامها نصف مليون بإقفال المصفاة، والطلب من رئيسها عدم التعامل مع أي شحنات لحين تلبية الحكومة لمطالبهم، كما نصبت خيمة أمام فندق تيبستي وسط مدينة بنغازي وخصصتها لإعتصام أفرادها.
