مرسي هو مبارك لكن "بلحية"

نشرت مجلة "فورين بوليسي" مقالاً للباحث السياسي ميشيل وحيد حنا، تحت عنوان "مبارك بلحية؟"، الذي جاء فيه أن على الولايات المتحدة أن تخبر الرئيس المصري الجديد ألا سبيل للرجوع إلى الطرق والوسائل القديمة التي كان ينتهجها النظام القديم.

وقال المقال إن الأزمة الأخيرة التي أثارها الرئيس مرسي بإعلانه الدستوري الذي أصدره في الثاني والعشرين من نوفمبر الماضي، كانت هي الأكبر منذ الثورة الشعبية التي أطاحت بالرئيس السابق مبارك في جانفي 2011، حيث حصن قراراته من الطعن عليها وجمع كل السلطات في يديه، ودافع عن هذه الخطوة محاولة لحماية الجمعية التأسيسية من الحل بحكم قضائي، لكن خطواته التي أقدم عليها من جانب واحد أثارت غضبًا شعبيًا ضده، وقلبت عليه قوى المعارضة التي عادت للشارع من جديد.

وأضاف: "وزاد من عمق الأزمة، عندما سارعت الجمعية التأسيسية في جلسة طويلة لها طابع فوضاوي نهارًا وليلا، للتصويت على الدستور النهائي، والتي جلبت السخرية من عملية تداول وكتابة الدستور، والدعوة إلى الإستفتاء على هذا الدستور المبتذل على عجل، الذي إذا تم إقراره فسوف يتحكم في مستقبل مصر، تزامنًا مع إضراب القضاة عن العمل ردًا على الإجراءات التي إتخذها مرسي من قبل.

وتابع: "هذا التحول الخطير في الأحداث في مصر يجعلها مهددة الآن بحرب أهلية وعدم إستقرار لفترة طويلة. هذه الإجراءات التي قام بها الرئيس مرسي وضعت الولايات المتحدة أمام إختيار صعب: هل يمكنها أن تتحدى رئيس منتخب خاصة أن البلدين بدآ لإعادة بناء العلاقات بينهما؟. هذا إختيار معقد بما يكفي خاصة بعد التعاون الوثيق بين البلدين، والنفعية التي ظهر بها مرسي وحكومته خلال أزمة غزة وضمان وقف إطلاق النار بين حماس وإسرائيل، حيث عززت هذه الجهود من موقف الرئيس مرسي وجددت الثقة لدى واشنطن تجاه الرئيس المصري، حيث أمطر مسؤولو الإدارة هناك الرئيس مرسي بالإشادة والثناء على دوره المحوري في العملية. وبدلا من أن يستخدم مرسي هذه الإشادة الدولية التي أعطته سمعة كقائد للمنطقة يمكنه أن يعيد التوافق للمنطقة ويضمن إنتقالا مستقرًا إلى الديمقراطية، إذا به يعتمد على المناخ السياسي الدولي المعجب بأدائه، ليحاول الإستيلاء على السلطة بشكل غير مبرر ولا يمكن الدفاع عنه.

وقال، الولايات المتحدة أقدمت على سياسة حملت نفس سمات سياستها في عهد مبارك، حيث إمتنعت عن تقديم تقييم جدي وحقيقي للحكومة التي تقودها جماعة الإخوان المسلمين، حتى في الوقت الذي تقوم فيه الجماعة بتقويض التحول الديمقراطي في البلد المضطربة بالفعل، وأصدرت إدارة الرئيس أوباما بيانًا فاترًا بشأن عودة المخاوف للمجتمع الدولي، وحث البيان جميع الأطراف على الهدوء وشجعهم على العمل معًا، داعيًا الجميع في مصر لحل الخلافات بشكل سلمي وهادئ عن طريق الحوار والديمقراطية، وفيما يبدو أن قرار عدم إلقاء بيان من البيت الأبيض يهدف إلى تقليل الإهتمام بتحركات مرسي.

ووصف البيان بأنه يُرثى له، لأنه يعكس طريقة التفكير التقليدية القديمة، التي أشاعوا التخلص منها، ظاهريًا، في أعقاب ثورات الربيع العربي.
