الى كل السائقين.....مطلوب الدخول

السلام عليكم
ظاهرة شائعة عبر كل الطرق و أينما تذهب تلاحظها.
هل هي سلبية أم إيجابية؟
ماهي أسبابها و أين العيب؟
الظاهرة هي التنبيه بالإشارة الضوئية عند رؤية حاجز أمني على الطريق أو رادار قياس السرعة.
لا أخفيكم سرا أن هذه الظاهرة ساهمت في نجاتي من عدة مخالفات في حياتي اليومية.
كما لا أخفيكم سرا أني كثيرا ما أمارسها (كمواطن جزائري يعطي حقوق رفقائه السائقين :11:)
لكن هناك أسباب كثيرة تجعلني أفعل هذا .ربما بعض القناعات الشخصية وراء هذا.
أريد سؤال الأعضاء هنا لنحاول مناقشة أسباب تفشي هذه الظاهرة و طريقة رؤية كل واحد للأمر.
ولي تدخلات أخرى للشرح أكثر بعد الإستماع لآرائكم.

بصراحة لا أحتاج الى تنبيه فهناك رقابة ذاتية أمارسها والحمد لله

اولا اسفة على التدخل فالسؤال قد لا يكون موجه لي...
و لكن مسألة الطرقات هذه اتحسس منها كثيرا...
برأيي اذا كان التنبيه من مصلحة المنبَه كان يكون نسي غلق الأبواب جيدا و معه اطفال أو ترك صندوق السيارة...
أو ان يكون التنبيه لتفادي حادث مرور كتجاوز خطير..
فأرى ان ذلك مطلوب من السائق المنبِه بل اراه واجبا عليه...
أما ان يكون التنبيه لشخص يسير بسرعة جنونية من اجل رادار أو حاجز امني فلن افعلها لو كنت مكان السائق...بل ساتركه ياخذ جزاءه ليعتبر هو و غيره...

ما أردت الوصول إليه هو أن المسؤولية تقع على عاتق السائق (نحن) و في نفس الوقت يتحمل من يطبق القانون المسؤولية .
الأسباب التي عايشتها و لسبب أني كنت أتنقل كثيرا و أسافر .أن رجال القانون لا يطبقون القانون على الجميع،لا يعرفك يطبق عليك المواد بتفاصيل دقيقة مع إظافة لمسة ذاتية على القانون -لي تفصيل في هذا الشأن في تدخل آخر (باش يبقالي واش نقول :11:)-بينما يمر عليك أحد معارفه مخالف لعدد لابأس به من القوانين فيجد إبتسامة عريضة و فتح للطريق.
بعد كل هذا كيف تصبح رؤية من يتعرض لمثل هذه المواقف للحاجز الأمني؟.
رغم هذا لا أنكر أننا لا نخلوا من العيوب.لكن في نفس الوقت لا أخفي ما أنا عليه :11:

أخي الغريب لا نبرر الخطأ , صحيح قد تحصل بعض التجاوزات لكن ليس الغالب أما الفعل الذي ذكرته فهو في الإصل غير مشروع أي مخالف فالقوانين التي تنظم حركة المرور في الشوارع والمدن المواطن ملزم بالانصياع لها واحترامها لأنه يترتب عليها سلامة الفرد والجماعة أما ظاهرة التنبيه على وجود نقاط كشف أو مراقبة فهو مشبوه لأنه يترتب عليه مفسدة ولعلمك أن أصحاب نقل المسافرين وأصحاب التهريب هم من افتكر هذه الظاهرة ثم انتشرت بين الجميع وبصراحة هذه نقطة من بحر قاموس إرهاب الطرقات

فعلا انها ظاهره متفشيه و مفيده أحيانا

بصراحه أنا أستعملها و أفرح لما حد ينبهني بالطريق على وجود حاجز

بالرغم من أني أقلعت عن السياقه السريعه منذ تعرضي لحادث

من 2009

ولكنه أصبح أمر عاادي بالنسبه لي ولم أفكر فيه إطلاقا

ومع العلم أني متأكد أن له سلبيات أكثر من إيجابيات

في بعض الأحيان أجدها نافعة خاصة إذا علمنا أن من يقفون بالباراج غالبيتهم مرتشين .
يبحثون عن أي سبب ولو كان تافها من أجل المساومة على بروسي 2000 دج أو اكثر .

أما المنبه الذي يستعمل لأغراض التنبيه عن وجود رادار وما شابه فأعتقد أنه يضر أكثر مما ينفع .

لو كان بامكاني لاخذت انا رادار و صورت كل من يتجاوز القانون و بعثت بهم الى الشرطة لان حياة الناس ليست لعبة انا صراحة لا احب القيادة بسرعة بل درجة درجة حتى نوصل للمرجة ان تصل متاخرا افضل من ان لا تصل ابدا
