الناطق باسم الخارجية السورية جهاد مقدسي ورط الأسد..وهرب

يمثل إنشقاق الناطق باسم الخارجية السورية جهاد مقدسي، أو هروبه من دمشق، لغزاً بالغ الأهمية، بالنسبة للكثيرين، خاصة أن مقدسي صعد نجمه بشكل مفاجئ بعد الثورة بعدة شهور، ومن ثم إنشق عن النظام بصورة مفاجئة بعد شهور قليلة على توليه منصبه. أما قبل ذلك فكان لسنوات طويلة مجرد موظف دبلوماسي في السفارة السورية بلندن.

مقدسي الذي تأكدت مغادرته سوريا عبر مطار بيروت الدولي، تقول جريدة "الغارديان" البريطانية إنه توجّه إلى الولايات المتحدة، وليس إلى لندن التي أقام فيها لعدة سنوات قبل الثورة، وعمل فيها ناطقاً باسم السفارة السورية وقنصلاً عاماً لفترة من الزمن.

لكن مصادر قريبة من مقدسي ذاته وقريبة من السفارة السورية في لندن ذكرت أن مقدسي هرب من دمشق إثر خلافات مع رموز النظام، بمن فيهم الرئيس ذاته ووزير خارجيته وليد المعلم.

وكشفت المصادر أن هذه الخلافات ليست وليدة اللحظة وإنما يعود تاريخها إلى عدة شهور مضت عندما قال في جويلية الماضي إن "الأسلحة الكيماوية مخزنة ومؤمنة من قبل القوات المسلحة السورية"، وإنه "لن يتم إستخدامها إلا في حال تعرضت سوريا لعدوان خارجي". وهذا الأمر شكل أول إعتراف رسمي في تاريخ سوريا بامتلاكها أسلحة كيماوية، وهي أسلحة محرمة دولياً وتسببت قبل عدة سنوات بغزو العراق.

وتشير المصادر إلى أن تصريحات مقدسي أغضبت الأسد ووليد المعلم وباقي رموز النظام، حيث ساد الإعتقاد بأن مقدسي هو الذي ورّطهم وقدم للعالم إعترافاً رسمياً وعلنياً وواضحاً بوجود هذه الأسلحة.

وقال المصدر إن فكرة هروب المقدسي لم تكن جديدة، وإنما كان يخطط لذلك منذ أكثر من شهر، إلا أنه كان في إنتظار تأمين الترتيبات التي تضمن خروجه بشكل آمن من سوريا، وكذلك ضمان مغادرته بيروت، وليس إعتقاله هناك وإعادة تسليمه إلى دمشق.
ويتوقع المصدر أن يكون تفكير مقدسي بالإنشقاق نابع من شعوره بأن حياته أصبحت في خطر نتيجة غضب النظام عليه، فضلاً عن شعور آخر لديه بأنه حتى إن ظل على قيد الحياة فإن النظام لن يصمد طويلاً، ما يعني أنه بالنهاية في خطر على كلتا الحالتين.

ومن جهته أكد سامي مقدسي (شقيق جهاد) أن الناطق باسم الخارجية إنشق بالفعل عن النظام وغادر سوريا، وسوف يصدر بياناً رسمياً قريباً يوضح فيه بعض المعلومات.

يُذكر أن صحيفة "الغارديان" أشارت في تقرير لها إلى أن مقدسي يمثل أرفع مسؤول مسيحي ينشق عن النظام السوري حتى هذه اللحظة، وجهاد مقدسي كان يعمل لدى السفارة السورية في واشنطن في بداية العقد الماضي، قبل أن يصبح الناطق الإعلامي باسم السفارة السورية في لندن والتي غادرها عائداً إلى دمشق من أجل شغل منصب الناطق باسم الخارجية بعد اندلاع الثورة في مارس 2011.
