روسيا بدأت تتخلى عن سوريا

وصفت صحيفة 'الغارديان' في افتتاحيتها ما قالت عنها 'معركة ضخمة وربما حاسمة في الحرب الأهلية السورية، ستبدأ في دمشق'. وأشارت إلى قرار الأمم المتحدة سحب الموظفين غير الضروريين العاملين في سورية، فيما يتحرك المقاتلون المعززون بالسلاح الذي غنموه من الجيش والمال وصواريخ أرض- جو نحو العاصمة. ومع أنهم ليسوا بتلك القوة كي يسيطروا على العاصمة، كما تقول الصحيفة، لكنهم ليسوا في مزاج للإنسحاب عن ضواحيها، لأنه وبعد هذه الحرب الطويلة والمرة فلا يوجد أمامهم إلا إتجاه واحد وهو التقدم للأمام. وتقول الصحيفة أن بشار الأسد أحاط العاصمة بقوة تقدر بحوالي 80 ألف جندي، ويقول الروس الذين يزورونه أنه فقد الأمل بالنصر أو الهروب. ولكن الصف القيادي من الضباط لا يزال مواليا له وقويا ومن بين الـ 27 ألف ضابط كبير هناك فقط 4 آلاف إنشق منهم 1400 ضابط، والغالبية من العلويين حيث يبلغ عددهم 22 ألفا. وتقول الصحيفة أن الطبيعة الطائفية للاسد وفشل المعارضة المسلحة في تقديم تطمينات للطائفة العلوية من أن أرواحهم وأملاكهم ستكون آمنة تعطي إشارة عن المسار الشرس الذي ستتخذه معركة دمشق.

وكدليل على تحول في مسار المعركة تقول الصحيفة أن الروس حلفاء الأسد الأقوياء والذين ظلوا يرسلون له الأسلحة يفكرون الآن بطريقة أخرى، خاصة أن الموقف الروسي من سوريا كان مدفوعا بثلاثة عوامل، العلاقات الروسية ـ السورية الاستراتيجية لروسيا ومنذ أكثر من 3 عقود، ومخاوف روسيا وموقفها من الثورات الشعبية لتغيير الأنظمة والتي قد تصيب حدودها الخلفية في القوقاز، أما الأمر الثالث فهو فشل موسكو في قراءة الربيع العربي، حيث أقنع محللون روس بارزون أنفسهم أن الربيع العربي ليس ثورات شعبية ولكنه واحد من الثورة 'الملونة' التي حدثت في الجمهوريات الجديدة في وسط آسيا وبدعم من المخابرات الأمريكية ـ سي اي ايه. تجد روسيا الآن أنها أمام واقع مختلف وموقفها ضعيف، فالمقاتلون هم أقوى اليوم منهم بالأمس، واوروبا تقف الآن الى جانب الجيش الحر، فيما تتدفق الاسلحة النوعية والاموال عليهم دون توقف.
واشارت الى تعليقات الرئيس فلاديمير بوتين في أنقرة بعد لقائه بطيب رجب اردوغان، رئيس الوزراء التركي بأنها هي كل ما استطاع بوتين أن يقدمه ليبعد نفسه عن الاسد، حيث قال أنهم ليسوا محامين عنه ولكنهم 'قلقون حول المستقبل'. وعليه فمهمة الروس الآن هي فتح قنوات اتصال مع المعارضة في الداخل والخارج والتي رفضت موسكو الاعتراف بها.
وتنهي بالقول ان بوتين كانت لديه نقطة وجيهة قدمها وهي استخدامه التدخل الغربي في ليبيا كذريعة لتجنب التدخل السوري. لكن الصحيفة تقول أن الشرخ هناك كان قبليا ويحتاج سنوات لكي يتم حله، لكن السؤال الموجه اليه،كيف سيكون عليه السيناريو في سوريا حالة انهيار النظام في حرب ذات طابع طائفي. وتختم بالقول أن إنهيار الأسد لم يكن القضية ولكن ما يهم هو من يذهب معه ومن سيبقى.
