ثاقفالت او ثامقفولت...اكلة تقليدية مشهورة جدا في ولاية تيزي وزو...
أكلة لذيذة و صحية و اقتصادية....

المكونات..

حبة بصل متوسطة
اربع حبات جزر كبيرة
حبة بطاطا متوسطة
حفنة فول
حفنة جلبانة
طماطم مجففة ان وجدت
القديد حسب الرغبة...
نصف كيلو كسكس..
زيت زيتون..

طريقة التحضير

نقطع البصل و البطاطا و الجزر الى مربعات و نضيف الفول و الجلبانة و الطماطم و القديد
(انا لم استعمل الطماطم لانها نفذت لدي و القديد استغنيت عنه لان ابو امينة لا يحبه..)
نملح الخضر جيدا و نغطيها ببلاستيك غذائي و نضعها تطهى على البخار

بعدها نفور الكسكس بالطريقة التي يتقنها الجميع
و عند نضج الخضار نخلطها مع الكسكس و ندهن بزيت الزيتون...
تقدم مع البصل او الفلفل اذا كان فيها طماطم مجففة
و تقدم ايضا مع مربعات الطماطم الطازجة المملحة جيدة و التي تضيف اليها نكهة خاصة جدا....

هذه الصحن مهدى لام هديل...من اراد التذوق فليطب الاذن منها...

أولّ مرّ أكلته من يد صديقتي سامية البجاويّة داراته و جابتهولي عندما كنت في المستشفى
و قالت لي إسمه المقفول فعلا لذيييذ و رااائع
