هلْ يَسْتَطِيعُ الصّحَفِيُّ أًنْ يُغْرِقَ قَلَمَهُ فيِ حِبْرِ كَذِبِهِ؟ ! ؟

حسب رأيكم !! .......
- أصحيحٌ أن معظم المراسلين ينقلون أخباراً كاذبة وزائفة ؟؟
- كيف يستطيعون اقناع القارئ بهذه الأكاذيب ؟؟
- وإلى متى سيبقون في رداء الحق وهم سواد من الكَذب؟؟
- إن لم يجدوا ما يكتبونه وما يملؤون به صحائفهم يلجؤون الى اختراع أكاذيب ؟ !!
- ألا يعذّبنّهم الضمير تجاه قارئ بريء ؟؟؟
هذه بعض الأسئلة أخلطت أفكاري حين قرأت خبرا كاذبا نقلته احدى الجرائد يوم 29 نوفمبر بالضبط يوم الانتخابات المحلية الولائيةوالبلدية , أين إدّعت أن مرقد الشرطة ببلدية تاجنانت لولاية ميلة قد تعرض لاعتداء من قبل شاب المدعو (ي.ر) البالغ من العمر 21 سنة ( ابن مترشح في الانتخابات ورئيس بلدية سابقا ) وهو يقود سيارة من نوع " غولف" من الجيل السادس وكان مخمورا برفقة مجموعة من الشبان بسرعة جنونية مما تسبب في اصطدامه بواقي المبنى وانهيار الواقي:17: ......... الى آخره من أكاذيب
والشيء الذي زاد من استغرابي أن هذا الصحفي الذي نقل الخبر لم يتأكد منه وقال أن مديرية الامن حصلت على تقارير تقول فيها أن السائق كان جد جد مخمورا
وكأنه متأكد مئة في المئة !!! ......أمّا الحقيقة فهي عكس:4: ما ورد في المقال تماما حيث هذا السائق الشاب يكون ابن عمّي اسمه رضا كان متوجها نحو حاملا العشاء لأحد أصدقاء أبيه رفقة صديقين بسيارته , وكان في حالة عادية لا مخمور ولا مزطول ولا هم يحزنون ولله الحمد عائلتنا ليست من صفاتها هذه الذميمات " الله يعافينا " لكن شاء القدر لرضا أن يصدم بالجدار حين خرجت احدى السيارات بخطأ واعترضت طريقها فغير رضا المسار فإذا به يصطدم بالجدار ويدخل الى داخل المرقد وأحدث رعبا وحدث ما حدث , حيث نقل على جناح السرعة الى مستشفى ماسينيسا بقسنطينة هو وصديقيه تحت اصابات خطيرة , نجو من الموت بقدرة الخالق البارئ ولله الحمد , وعندها أكدت التقارير الطبية وبعد اجراء التحاليل أنه لم يكن مخمورا ولا أصدقائه ....الخ
أيصل الحد الى هذه الدرجة ؟ يكذبون ولا يبالون ... صرت أخشى أنّ كل الأخبار تكون مليئة بالكذب !! ....
عندما أحمل أي جريدة أتصفّحها وبداخلي جسرا من الثقة يقودني الى كلمات أراها بيضاء نقية من الكذب , و بأعين تحمل براءة قارئة لا يخترق الشك أفكارها في مثل هكذا أشياء , لكنّ الآن تغيّر كل شيء صرت لا اعرف التفرقة بين خبر زائف وآخر صحيح , أخشى أن اكذّب ماهو صادق وأصدّق ماهو كاذب !!
لم اكن اتوقع يوما أنني اكذب جريدة ...... ! وهل يستطيع الكاتب أن يغرق قلمه في حبر كذبه ؟:18::18: ويحمل على كلماته الزيف وينشر ما لا علم له به ؟
هل كل هذا صحيح ؟؟ لو كنت مكاني ماهي ردة فعلك ؟ ! أم هذا شيء بسيط ؟!

القوانين واضحة بشأن هذ الأمر

هناك عدة آليات للتصرف في هذا الموقف

أولها حق الرد من خلال الجريدة

و آخرها الملاخقة القضائية ضد ناقل الخبر

والعقوبات قد تصل إلى سجن المراسل هذا بالإضافة إلى الأثار المترتبة على الجريدة

وعليه فإن المراسل يتحمل مسؤولياته الكاملة جراء الخبر

ويمكنكمـ متابعته قضائيا في حالة الكذب وتشويه السمعة وووو بمجرد دليل واحد على عدم صحة الخبر

و إذا لم يكن عندكم دليل لتكذيب مانقله معنتها كاين منها و الخبر صحيح :8:

لتوضيح الأمر فقط اختي جود الكلمات ليس كل المراسلين يكذبون وليس كلهم يسوق الأخبار الكاذبة ولو وجدت هذه الفئة فإن ذلك يعود لعدم المحاسبة في حق الذين ينعدم عندهم الضمير المهني واخلاقيات المهة ،تخيلي لو وجدتي سارقا في حيكم وتركته دون معاقبة ماذا سيحصل سيستمر في السرقة وسيزداد عدد السارقين ، لهذا أنصحكم بعدم السكوت ولو من خلال حق الرد الذي يمكنكم استعماله في الجريدة
