سلاح الجو الاسرائيلي من الداخل

بات شرب الكحول حتى الثمالة، أبرز الحفلات التي يقوم بها جنود وضباط في سلاح الجو الاسرائيلي في ساعات المساء لتنتهي في بعض الأحيان بملاحقة ضابطات ومحاولة الاعتداء عليهن جنسياً، هذا ما كشف عنه الملف الذي يبحث هذه الأيام في مكاتب مفوض شكاوى الجنود في الجيش الاسرائيلي، الذي وجه إنتقادات لاذعة لسلوك ضباط في إحدى قواعد سلاح الجو، لسبب شربهم للكحول حتى الثمالة وملاحقة أحدهم لضابطة ومحاولة الإعتداء الجنسي عليها. وهذه هي القضية الثالثة التي يتم التحقيق فيها داخل سلاح الجو الاسرائيلي، منذ مطلع السنة.
وكانت الضابطة التي تعرضت للملاحقة ومحاولة الاعتداء الجنسي، قد تقدمت بشكوى ضد الضابط وجاء أنه شرب الكحول مع غيره من الضباط والجنود حتى الثمالة ثم إقتحم غرفتها في القاعدة العسكرية مع ضباط آخرين وحاول الإعتداء الجنسي عليها ،دون أن يمنعه أحد.
ولم يتوقف الأمر عند هذه الحادثة، وبحسب ما تقول الضابطة فإنها تقدمت بشكوى في اليوم التالي إلى قائد السرب الذي تخدم فيه، وكان رده أن الضابط شرب الخمر حتى الثمالة، وهو أمر يحدث بشكل عام في الوحدة. وإزاء هذا الرد لم تتخذ إجراءات ضد الضابط المعتدي، لكن الملاحقات الجنسية لم تتوقف وبعد أسبوعين وصلت الضابطة رسالة نصية من ضابط آخر تتضمن كلمات جنسية وتبين في اليوم التالي أن هذا الضابط كان هو الآخر ثملا.
وفي أعقاب ذلك توجهت الضابطة إلى مفوض شكاوى الجنود وأخبرته "أن مسؤوليها حاولوا التواطؤ وإبقاء الأمر طي الكتمان وما تلقته من رد من قبل الضباط المسؤولين قولهم ماذا تريدين أن نفعل به هل تريدين أن نعدمه شنقا؟.
وبعد تحقيق مفوض شكاوى الجنود في القضية تم توجيه لفت نظر شديد لقائد السرب بسبب مسؤوليته عن سلوك الضباط داخل السرب، وكذلك طريقة تعامله مع هذه القضية، كما تم توبيخ الملازم بشدة، وأصدر قائد القاعدة، وهو ضابط برتبة عقيد، تعليمات مشددة تحدد ما أسماها، ثقافة الترفيه عن النفس في القاعدة، ومنع شرب الكحول، وقام بتعيين طاقم لمراقبة تطبيق التعليمات.
يشار إلى أنه قبل عدة أشهر أعتقل ثلاثة من العسكريين المسرحين من الخدمة للإشتباه في إنخراطهم في علاقات جنسية مع تلميذات قاصرات أثناء خدمتهم كمدربين في المدرسة التمهيدية العليا لسلاح الجو في بئر السبع. وتتضمن لائحة الإتهام ضد الثلاثة إرتكاب جرائم إغتصاب وأعمال غير لائقة والتحرش الجنسي من قبل شخص في منصب يقوم على الثقة.
ووفق التحقيقات، فإن العسكريين مارسوا الجنس مع طالبات تحت السن القانوني داخل المدرسة خلال ساعات الإستراحة.
وفي شكوى ثالثة، قدمت مطلع السنة، تبين أن إحدى المجندات في سلاح الجو الإسرائيلي تعرضت على مدار شهرين متتاليين للتحرش الجنسي والملاحقة من قبل جندي، يخدم في ذات القاعدة، وتبين أنه تعرض لها في العديد من الأماكن المختلفة في القاعدة. وفي الشكوى التي تقدمت بها ذكرت أن الجندي إرتكب جريمة إغتصاب بحقها مرات عدة.
