شيخ سلفي تونسي يصدر فتوى بتجريم الإضراب الذي دعا إليه اتحاد الشغل

أطلق شيخ سلفي تونسي فتوى خلال خطبة الجمعة الماضية بتجريم الإضراب الذي دعا إليه اتحاد الشغل، أكبر مشغل عمالي في تونس يوم الخميس القادم، معتمدًا فيها على حجة أن الإضراب سيعطل عجلة التنمية والاقتصاد والمجتمع وهو ضد مصلحة مسلمي البلاد .



وقال الشيخ بشير بن حسين "المحسوب على التيار السلفي " في تصريحات لقناة العربية الإخبارية اليوم السبت، إن تلك الفتوى مستندة على آيات قرآنية وأحاديث نبوية تنفر من نشر الفساد في البلاد، موضحا أن جميع الأئمة والخطباء في تونس سيتفقون معه في هذه الفتوى .



ودعا بن حسين، العمال إلى مقاطعة الإضراب وحثهم على العمل، مؤكدًا على أنه لو كان صاحب قرار لطرد كل موظف أو عامل ينفذ هذا الإضراب الذي سيسبب شللا تامًا في البلاد، حسب تعبيره.



وتأتي هذه الفتوى على خلفية أحداث العنف والمناوشات الأخيرة التي حدثت بين اتحاد الشغل ومجموعة محسوبة على الحزب الحاكم مما دفع باتحاد الشغل بإطلاق دعوة موسعة لتنفيذ إضراب يوم الخميس، بالتزامن مع احتضان تونس لمنتدى المستقبل الذي يحضره عدد من الوزراء والشخصيات الرسمية من خارج تونس وعلى رأسهم وزيرة الخارجية الأمريكية هيلاري كلينتون.



كانت الحكومة التونسية قد دعت قيادة الاتحاد العام التونسي للشغل إلى "تحكيم العقل بما يجنب البلاد التوتر والاحتقان، وإلى العدول عن قرار الإضراب العام، وفتح المجال للحوار والتهدئة، بما يخدم المصلحة العليا للوطن".
