تراجع دور العملاء خلال العدوان الأخير على غزة

أظهر سلوك جيش الاحتلال الإسرائيلي خلال عدوانه الأخير على قطاع غزة أن قدرة أجهزته الاستخبارية على تتبع المقاومة الفلسطينية في الميدان تراجعت بشكل ملحوظ مقارنة مع عدوانه الشرس على القطاع نهاية عام 2008 ومطلع عام 2009.

ولعل أبرز ما كشفته جولة العدوان الأخيرة هو فشل التقديرات الاستخبارية الإسرائيلية في تحديد قوة وكمية ونوعية سلاح المقاومة الفلسطينية، وهو ما قاد -بحسب مسؤولين أمنيين- إلى حالة من التخبط في أداء قوات الاحتلال التي عاودت ضرب أهداف سبق أن ضربتها.

بعد أن تفاجأ الاحتلال بأداء المقاومة الفلسطينية دفع أجهزة المخابرات الإسرائيلية إلى تحريك أدواتها خلال العدوان على أرض الميدان بوتيرة غير مسبوقة، وهو ما تسبب في الكشف عن الكثير منها.

وفي أعقاب العدوان تؤكد حركة الاتصالات العشوائية النشطة التي أجراها ضباط المخابرات الإسرائيلية على الهواتف النقالة بسكان القطاع في مسعى لتجنيد عملاء جدد، مدى الضرر الذي لحق بأداء المؤسسة الاستخبارية الإسرائيلية.

وقال القيادي البارز في حركة المقاومة الإسلامية (حماس) محمود الزهار في لقاء سابق مع عدد من الصحفيين "إن حالة الإرباك في ضرب الأهداف خلال العدوان الأخير على قطاع غزة ناجمة عن نجاح حملات الأجهزة الأمنية الفلسطينية بغزة في متابعة ملف العملاء بعد أن وضعت الحرب الماضية أوزارها".

كما دفع نجاح الأجهزة الأمنية في متابعة هذه القضية خلال السنوات الأربعة الماضية وزير الداخلية في الحكومة المقالة فتحي حماد للإعلان عن فتح باب التوبة للعملاء من جديد، واعداً كل من يسلم نفسه طواعيةً أن يُضَم لصفوف المقاومة بعد أن يقدم ما لديه من معلومات.

وأكد العقيد محمد لافي، المسؤول في جهاز الأمن الداخلي المنوط به مهمة متابعة العملاء، أن الأجهزة الاستخبارية الإسرائيلية أصيبت خلال العدوان بحالة إرباك شديدة بفعل إغلاق الكثير من العملاء هواتفهم، وفشل تواصلهم مع رجال المخابرات الإسرائيليين خشية أن تضبطهم المقاومة الفلسطينية.

وأضاف أن انطلاق الحملة الوطنية للقضاء على التخابر في أعقاب الحرب على غزة قبل أربع سنوات آتت أكلها وحققت نتائج إيجابية خلال العدوان الأخير، وذلك نتيجة وقوف أجهزة الأمن الفلسطينية على الكثير من أساليب التخابر التي انتهجها الاحتلال.

وأوضح المسؤول الأمني أن حملات المتابعة والتضييق والملاحقة التي تشنها الأجهزة الأمنية على العملاء دفعت ضباط المخابرات للطلب من عملائهم السفر خارج القطاع كي يتمكنوا من الالتقاء بهم، بعد أن أحكمت المقاومة الفلسطينية وأجهزة الأمن سيطرتها على معظم نقاط التواصل على الأرض.

وذكر أن صعوبة تواصل رجال مخابرات الاحتلال ميدانياً مع عملائهم خلال العدوان أصاب جيش الاحتلال بضبابية وتخبط لدى استهدافه الأماكن أو الأشخاص.

وأكد أن جهاز الأمن الداخلي تمكن من ضبط عدد من العملاء يفوق أعداد من تم ضبطهم خلال الحرب السابقة على غزة قبل أربع سنوات، ويعود ذلك -بحسب لافي- إلى العبر المستفادة على هذا الصعيد وحالة الإرباك التي أصابت المتعاونين ومشغليهم خلال العدوان.

من جانبه أكد الخبير الأمني اللواء خضر عباس، أن نشاط العملاء خلال العدوان الأخير كان ضعيفاً مقارنة مع الحرب العدوانية على غزة نهاية عام 2008 ومطلع عام 2009، وذلك لعدة أسباب منها: قصر مدة العدوان، وعدم الدخول في المعركة البرية، وعملية ردع العملاء من خلال تنفيذ أحكام الإعدام في حق بعضهم خلال العدوان.

وأضاف أن أداء المقاومة الجيد والتفاعل الجماهيري مع المقاومة وتعاون أجنحتها والانتشار الجيد للأجهزة الأمنية حطَّ من معنويات العملاء وعرقل تحركاتهم وقلل من فعاليتهم.

وأوضح أن عدم احتكاك سكان قطاع غزة بقوات الاحتلال على المعابر الإسرائيلية خلال فترة الحصار قلص إلى حد كبير نسبة العملاء.
