المقادير:

500غ فرينة ملعقة صغيرة ملح
خماّرة حلويات

2ملاعق صغار خمارة الخبز

نخلّط الكل جيّدا ونلموّه بالماء ..

نخلّيوه يرتاح نصف ساعة ..نقسمو العجين الى كراة صغار نخلّيوهم يرتاحو

15د وبعدها نبدأ في التّوريق الكور بالزّبدة ذايبة بها القليل من الزّيت

وعند طي الأوراق نرش القليل من السّميد الرّقيق ..

اذا أردتي المسمّن عادي اشرعي في طهيهم في طاجين لحديد
